My recent visit to Mercedes Benz Boundary left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The reception and the sales representative's behavior were so rude and disrespectful that I made the decision to walk out of the dealership.From the moment I entered the premises, I expected to receive a warm welcome and professional service. However, the receptionist seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. It was evident that customer service was not a priority for them.Things went from bad to worse when I was introduced to the sales representative. Their attitude was condescending and dismissive right from the start. Instead of providing assistance or answering my questions, they seemed more interested in rushing through the process and making a quick sale. Their lack of patience and unwillingness to address my concerns made it clear that they did not value my time or business.As a potential customer, I believe that a dealership should strive to create a positive and welcoming environment. Unfortunately, Mercedes Benz Boundary fell far short of these expectations. The overall experience was so off-putting that I felt compelled to leave and seek a dealership that values its customers.I strongly discourage anyone from considering Mercedes Benz Boundary for their automotive needs. The unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by both the receptionist and the sales representative reflects poorly on the dealership as a whole. It is my hope that they take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements to their customer service practices.In my opinion, there are numerous other dealerships that offer a far superior experience, where customers are treated with respect and courtesy.
