They are inexpensive and it's a complete travel package and we liked dad the transportation was included so when you get to the airport you take a Mercedes Sprinter van to the hotel and you don't have to mess what does hour and a half lines for rent a car or take a uber that you know has no insurance at least not insurance to cover a uber ride so it's a safe way to the airport in the drivers are pretty Sharp and I'll do it again that way

Hours are mis-advertised and no clear website for what services they are able to book. Got transferred to another call center; I wouldn’t have even bothered if they had clear advertisement for what services they offer

I called to talk with someone about our vacation that we booked and was less than satisfied with the customer service provided by the supervisor paula. She did not even act like she had any concern in my trip or that she had and concern with her job. She just was doing what she could to get me off the phone. Upon asking questions about things when she didnt have an answer she would redirect the question to avoid it. I was very displeased with my experience. On the other side of things i talked with holly a represenitive and she was very friendly and nice. She went out of her way to try to help me. Even after being on hold for a bit she would come back on the phone and let me know shes still working on my request and she will be back as soon as she could. If only paula could be like holly then i wouldnt have had to write this.
