I had Epoch conduct a hazardous materials survey for me prior to doing some renovations. They were prompt, very professional and provided some very helpful details for planning my upcoming reno job. The report on the results of the survey were provided the next day and was very helpful. I was able to provide the information to the HVAC contractor when they asked about it for the installation of a new AC unit. Very impressed with the service. Thanks Kevin & Wendy

I used them a little while back and didn't get the time to write a review. Terrible service. Asked for a quote they charged me almost triple. I told them to check a certain area, they did not follow instructions and went to unnecessary lengths that I did not ask for which caused me more work and money. I spoke with one of the engineers in management and he started shouting and arguing with me over the phone. Not pleased with the service or attitude towards paying customers. Felt because I was under a time constraint they knew this and tried taking me for a ride. My personal opinion, use at your own risk

Zero stars. These guys are total clowns. It took them 5 days to give me a quote, and when I did receive it - it was not what I was looking for because they don't listen. Got a call from the owner Adrian Lee a few days later and he promised he would send a requote. Crickets. Never heard from them again. Adrian should spend more time working on his business than subjecting people to bragging about how good they are. Avoid this circus like the plague.

I am very impressed by the young man who came to do the testing. He introduced himself, identified the company he was from and the purpose of his visit. Shayan (spelling???) also took the time to explain what he was going to be doing and why it was necessary for him to take some samples. He was very thorough, extremely polite and very respectful. I was pleasantly surprised that he took care to make sure that he cleaned any dust and debris before leaving.

Epoch is one of the best if not the best company that I use on all my jobs for any hazardous material surveys and testing. Their HMI report is so easy to read, they detail all aspect of the job. They're very professional when it comes to working with us and going into the unit, explaining what they do. All of their staffed are well trained, haven't had any issues with any of them. They've also helped us out multiple times even after hours when we are in a pinch.
