High Prairie Glass (2003) Ltd

Got the windshield fixed on my Ford Focus and when we picked up the car the floor, dash and middle compartments including vents were covered in glass still. Day 2 after getting it fixed, the seal outside of the glass is coming/popping off

Paid $50 to get a crack filled in. After almost a month I went to go wash my car and all the filling came out. Wasted $50 and have the exact same crack

Brought my Holiday trailer window there July 8th to be fixed , they said next week , just now done today and they didn't even call to tell me , my wife just happen to stop in there. . not impressed with this place at all !!

Fast efficient friendly staff and got my windshield repair done and saved me tons of money.

Brought my truck in to get the back window replaced. When I picked it up the backseat was folded up. Two days later when I put the seat down I noticed glass and glue dried into the crevice of my seat! I called them to ask if they could clean up their mess and was told to bring it in the next day.I dropped my truck off and they called an hour later saying they cleaned up the glass and glue, but denied that it was their mess. Then when I picked it up, they said the same thing. Why deny it? And if it wasn’t their tech who made the mess, why bother cleaning it?They did a good job replacing the window and decent job cleaning the seat, but not impressed they denied making the mess.
