Terrible! Equipment fails and staff refused to help. They get so many parents flooding through the place that they simply don't care. And forget about getting money-back or credit My kids had a horrible time. Spoilt what was supposed to be a fun afternoon. Go to the laser tag place in North Van - much better.

It seems like this place is popular for kids parties but it's a terrible place to go unless you're desperate.1. The place is dirty. The vests and guns they use don't seem like they get cleaned...at all. I get they don't want to clean them between games but the three sets of equipment I used (you swap between rounds ) all reeked. Even the facility is dirty. Everything from the urine soaked washroom to their ghetto computer terminals that they force you to use to register.2. The place is just run down and you can tell the owner doesn't care about upkeep or spending money on repairs. The laser gear including guns don't always work. I played 3 times and 2 of the guns were horrible and didn't shoot" reliably. Their vests don't work. I didn't realize until the 3rd round there is a speaker telling you things like if you've been hit.Even small things. The keyboards for the computers you use to register are missing keys. Their vending machine is busted. Even their 1990s era arcade machines look worn out.3. The staff aren't great especially considering there are so many excited kids and parties. The staff member that gathered the groups and provided instructions was constantly stopping short of outright reaming out kids for talking. During one round stopping short of telling kids to shut up and saying to be quiet instead.Good luck dealing with the staff if something serious comes up. I think i saw 2 people running the place and neither seemed like they'd be receptive to complaints or problems.I didn't pay since I was invited for someone's party. But there's no way I would pay to go back letalone trust the people running the place to host a kids birthday party."

This is a great fun place to go to during the summer.The staff are nice and the games are long. I recommend this place to every age.

Place is great for the kids..but the few times I've been here..its seam to be a little dis organized and not enough staff on hand to help out..the young staff do as much and help as much as they can. But still chaotic during weekends. They only have the one arena for the actual Lazer tag...so everyone old to to young are in together and kids can and do get hurt in side. Overall great for the kids..staff are friendly and always trying their best ..just hopefully they will be more staff on hand..

Fun but game set up and instructions were a bit chaotic and hard to understand. Some players put on the wrong vests/guns so it lead to confusion. They didn't give instructions for everyone to check their numbers, which would have helped. Kids had fun regardless, but hard to see accurate individual or tram scores. Had some arcade games and onr pinball on site.while you wait.

This is fun. This location has two story relatively large field.It is not super busy,Price for 3game (best value) is $23 and it should take about 1:30-2 in the place (including prep and breaks)I recommend to have your bottle of water with you.Lockers are available for $2Cons. Not enough staff. The one man show and no other staff. And I was not sure if all Covid protocols are followed. Although the guy said guns are sanitized.

This place is by far the most disorganized company I have ever seen! Communication with the staff was ineffective and bad!They are awfully understaffed!!We were just standing in line for over twenty minutes when there was only one customer in front of us!!! Kids were on their own without being briefed on how to use the laser gun or given guidelines on how to gear up! They were lost until one of our own parents went in and helped after witnessing the helplessness of the kids!!!! PlanetLazer simply doesn’t wanna WASTE anytime instructing players!! When kids asked the staff how to use the gun and stuff, he deliberately said, “ if you don’t know how to play, just get out of here!!” ( not making up a story, the one adult who went in to assist the kid actually heard the staff screaming at the kids!!) The party was supposed to be 2.5 in length according to the replied email, but let me tell you, the game was about 15 minutes each, and you get 2 games without paying $60/65 extra for the third game during weekend and you get the party room for about 45 minutes ( that includes any decoration time or waiting for the food to come in!!!) !! Everything was in a rush!! The kids came in tired and asking for food and drinks for over 10-15 minutes and the pizzas were ALL COLD when the came in!!!!!!!!! When they said birthday cake was included, I wouldn’t have thought for a party over 20 people, two 6 inch cake were given instead of one big one!!!I would strongly suggest parents to bring in your own food and cake for an additional amount of $25 if you want your participants to enjoy the last part( EATING) of the party!! It was AWFUL!! The venue, service, food and organization were a total disaster!! I WILL NEVER COMR BACK TO THIS PLACE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE PLANNING FOR A PARTY!! Just go somewhere else!! For the same price, I am sure you will have a way more pleasure experience elsewhere!!!

Worst staff I have ever encountered. Count your cards because the staff sure can't count. Too busy ripping off customers and making up policies to actually help people or run a business. Sad really. The facility seems decent but the experience is ruined by the horrible staff.

Thank you so much to the team that worked on Family Day! You guys absolutely rocked an insane day! I can’t thank you enough for going above and beyond my expectations for my son’s Birthday Party. ( I had read some negative reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect). It was total chaos but everyone seemed to know what was going on and you all ran it incredibly smoothly. The kids had a blast and I appreciate that you all checked in and made it a wonderful experience. Thank you so much! Your newest staff member was incredibly friendly and did an amazing job. Your other staff members were incredibly efficient and ran a smooth ship. We will be happy to recommend you to our friends and we will definitely do it again!

Good fun. Arrive early to ensure you have lots of time to register all your players and their code names; little ones need parent’s help with that part. It can get crazy, but that’s what you want with Lazer Tag.
