Nope. I strongly recommend to avoid this company. We moved across the country on our own and booked this company to unload our truck to the new house. We even called the day prior to confirm that everything is as planned. The movers simply didn't show up. They kept lying to us we are on the way

The other day they helped my friend move, when I got there to help out stuff away they had zero respect for any of my friend possessions just tossing them and breaking a few things. They’ve since been asked to pay for mishandle broken items and ignored friends calls and denied said actions made during the moving process.

☆ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY ☆THEY DAMAGED MY WALLS , DAMAGED MY CEILING TO THE BASEMENT , RIPPED OFF THE HOSE TO MY DRYER , DAMAGED MY CHAIR & BROKE MY TABLE LEG.when the mover brang the table into the livingroom I noticed it was really wabbly I called the mover over before he completely walked away and said the table is damaged he inspected the table and said yeah it was not like that when we put it on the truck and I don't know what happen I'll go outside call my boss and i will come back in and tell you what we can do " he then came back inside and said my boss will call you today or tomorrow" NO PHONE " CALL so we called left messages finally a call back to hear that they will come and crazy glue the leg it's beyond repairable. ( the table is 4 months old ) we asked that the table leg to be replaced that we will fix the other issues that they have done but they refuse to replace the leg and said my movers deny they broke the table leg that it's impossible that it could have broke on the moving truck ( told us that her movers would not lie to her that maybe he lied to us ) we tried to be reasonable and understand that something's happen when moving like minor damage as a Scratch or scrape so we said we will fix everything else but when something breaks it should be replaced. AM I RIGHTTHIS MOVING COMPANY IS A JOKEPLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVERI HAVE PICTURES TO SHOW WHAT THEY HAVE DONE BUT THEY STILL REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. WHAT A JOKE"

We had a china cabinet to move and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. They were punctual, problem solved the best way to transport the family heirloom and did the entire job in a polite respectful manner. This company is the real deal. Our small job was handled with the same respect they would have used for a full house move. Thanks so much for the great work.CheersBeth and Frances.

If I could give this place minus stars I would!! They moved my sister in law ..partially.. charged her 570 and left half her stuff in her old place!!! She is a single mom of 3 and now is stuck with no bed and crib for her children!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!! They want another 180 to bring her stuff!! What the hell!! When asked why the guys left we were told it was because one of the movers was on a curfew!! Sounds like reputable guys to me!!

The worst movers in toronto ..thry charge you before they deliver and they wont keep their service well i bought a pool table from brampton they told me they would assemble it when they deliver but they just took cash before they delivered and they dint assemble it .and before that they make me and the person from whom i bought it wait for around 6hours.they told us they will pick it up at 5 and they came around 10 in the night.i will never suggest anyone to take any more service frim there....

Had these guys move me this morning. Not only did they overcharge me $200 they dropped my tv, scratched my couches corners and were very rude once finished"WORST MOVING COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS PLEASE."

I had hired these guys at sunrise moving company from newmarket to move my stuff and they left stuff behind that they forgot and wanted to charge me extra $200 to go get it these guys are scammers and noticed some of my stuff was missingI STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY EVER

Worst company ever. Broke my dining table leg and when I called to work this issue out the female did not respond. Any good reviews are from family and friends... shows their honesty. One star not deserved.

Thanks Sunrise Moving for your help today! Your movers showed up on time as scheduled - wearing masks and disinfecting their hands before entering my home. They worked quickly, efficiently, and safely, and were extremely friendly, helpful and professional! This was our second time using Sunrise and will do so again - highly recommended!
