My second time using this service. Reliable and speedy as the first time. Adam is a great writer and server. Both in person and email service are efficient (email ends up in the party's inbox). Thank you for a great service !

How horrible!!I paid upfront as soon as I received the invoice. I made numerous phone calls and email communication attempts and got NOTHING - no response for almost 2 months! I happened to get the owner to answer the phone one evening and when he looked into my concerns, he found that Stamped Process Servers dropped the ball. The server they contracted to serve the documents emailed them that a failed attempt was made August 8, 2021. I was calling for follow-up to find out what was happening at the BEGINNING OF OCTOBER!! Then he wanted to charge me again for a second attempt! Once again, crickets (silence) when I call or email.An absolute disorganized mess of a company. I do not recommend Stamped to anyone. The price was high, which I would have justified with exceptional service. This wasn’t service, though they happily took my money. I’m so angry with losing 2 months to this company’s inability to function.

Stay away. They took advance and not answering emails, phone calls. Since i posted review here they have stopped picking up calls and emails. As per their last email last monday, they served the documents successfully and since then every time i called them Adam has a different excuse. Its been 10 days they served the docs but not sending affidavit. Will soon be filling compliant against them to all levels and in court. Will file fraud compliant to credit card.

Adam at Stamped Process Servers is absolutely the WORST process server we have ever dealt with!!!My husband and I also own a Process Serving company in another city in Ontario.In 2017 Adam contacted us to complete a court filing at one of the courts in our city. We accepted his request to do so with no question. Along with filing the documents at court there was a disbursement charge from the court of $157.00 that we had to pay out of our own pocket. No problem! We paid it up front, doing Adam a favour to have his paperwork filed and paid for so it did not get rejected. So our total bill for Adam was $202.77.It is now 2022 and he has still NOT paid for our services.We have hounded him to pay his bill for the last 5 years through emails and phone calls. He hasn't responded to any one of my 15 emails regarding this matter. I have probably spoken to him over the phone a hand full of times over the five years as well. Every time he pretends he has no idea what I'm talking about, telling me that he has to go find the invoice in his archives". Not ONCE has he ever gotten back to me about this!!He is a liar and a thief!!I hope all the stress and headaches he has put onto others in the past regarding legal processes comes back to bite him in the arse one day!"

Used them back in february,2022, very good. Used them again, on july 1,2022, no affidavit provided, despite of many promises. Very horrible services. Seems have a very bad impect on my my court case because of their poor performance. Absolutely not recommended.Update aug 5,2022Trying calling them, not picking up phones, sent emails, not responding...dont know, even they sent email that they served docs back in july 9,2022 but not sending affidavit. I might lose time and lose the court case.Update August 16,2022We were able to receive their email with apology last week. The staff was sick so they were unable to send the affidavit.

Stamped helped me serve a defiant avoidant person on short notice - the same day! I was so nervous and called with a million questions but they answered them all, and got the job done for me. They also prepared and commissioned an affidavit of service for my records and this will be so necessary for my ongoing moves in the family court system. I’ll certainly be using them again, hopefully with more notice but I’m not worried!! Thank you so much once again!

Stay away. They are quick to respond to emails and calls before payment. After you pay them good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. Has been 2 months of waiting for affidavits of services. I doubt anything was actually served. Will be disputing charge with credit card company
