Natalie is wonderful with helping me with my knitting projects. Natalie sewed in a zipper in a knitted baby sweater as well as incorporate the ribbon I had, when you open the zipper, it says on the ribbon, It's a Girl, on the inside of the zipper. I definitely can't sew, now I have Natalie sew on all my tags, etc.. Natalie also made the bows for the booties to match the sweater as well as help me with the matching hat. Natalie also sewed on a tag on a blanket that I wasn't quite finished, right on the spot. I have definitely found my seamstress for all of my projects. Thanks Natalie and see you soon. I would recommend Natalie to anyone and everyone!!! I wish I had a picture of project to post.

We bring many of our products here for repairs, alterations and even the odd warranty service when things aren't stitched properly from the suppliers. Natalie turns them around quickly at a very reasonable price

My experience at Natalie's was a disaster. I dropped off 2 pairs of pants that needed patches sewn on. A winter jacket that had a tear in the in the armpit area and a backpack that I wanted 2 patches sewn on that. She told me it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks??? Well 2 1/2 weeks later I show up and Natalie hasn't even started on my items. She tells me she'll try to get it done by the end of the week. Key word with her I've noticed is try". This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I immediately took my stuff back and went to Fine Tailors where the kind lady did everything for me in a half hour and charged me a phenomenal rate. Never again will I go back to Natalie's. Fine Tailors was great and should get your business."

I went to Natalie's sewing after a friend recommended her. I wanted my wedding dress all one length for every layer all the way around. $280 and I had to go back because there was a 7 inch difference in some spots. Went back for her to fix it and it's still sloppy mess.

Had non-functional zippers on two winter jackets. Within five minutes Natalie had them fixed. Price was very reasonableWill definitely come back

Natalie is always friendly, professional, and does great work. I have had jacket zippers replaced, hems altered, and tops taken in. Her shop is in a good location. Easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend.

Went in to get a zipper replaced. Ended up just being a bad slider. Didn't know that sliders went bad. Good news for my jacket. Got her to repair a pocket while I was there as well. Natalie is very friendly and she does some great work. Would recommend her to everyone needing work done on clothing.
