Aztec Maintenance

Absolutely terrible customer service and company.I organized Aztec maintenance to perform a gutter cleaning service for my house. On the day of the service that was scheduled for 11am, there was poor and very little communication which ended up with them continuously pushing the service later in the day. They ended up cancelling at 5pm because they could not make it. I ended up rescheduling a few days later for them to do the service. They ended up cancelling again on the day of the service a couple hours after the scheduled service time. They blamed that they scheduled it wrong and it was a mistake that all the information went to a different worker that was supposed to complete the service. Their explanation did not make any sense!!!DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

I found them very professional, quick and did an amazing job at cleaning the moss off my roof. Especially when the temperature was in the high twenties. Would definitely use them again.

We were extremely happy with the moss removal work Abdul did on our very steep roof. He was prompt, polite, hard working & cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Abdul used a safety harness & was very careful. We had avoided getting moss removal done given the steepness of our roof but Abdul did an excellent job.

Luis came by house, thought was a good deal for Gutter/Window cleaning. Wanted to have them do the work, however, was NEVER contact by Luis again. Call the main number - person whom answered the phone didn't have a clue about anything. Poor Poor Poor Company to deal with

The worst service / job ever.I paid to have my roof cleaned, gutters cleaned and a couple of gutter leaks fixed plus removal of all debris and cleaning of any mess.The moss was removed, but the gutters were never cleaned, my house and windows were left filthy and it took over 4 months to have them remove bag of trash they left behind.Due to the gutters not being cleaned after the moss removal, my gutters have now started to overflow and the drains for the downspouts have started to back up and flood my yard whenever it rains.It has been 5 months of nothing but broken promises to come fix what should have been done in the first place.Do not trust these unprofessional, useless people.

Elijah did a very thorough and awesome job. I don't give out reviews lightly, but Elijah went above and beyond to get the roof cleaning done. He singlehandedly did the entire job and was a machine. I'd highly recommend his services, if you hire them, please specifically ask for Elijah. Thanks and wish you the very best!

On March 25 two employees from Aztec Maintenance arrived to remove the moss off of our roof. The completed task was nothing less than stellar, a job well done. Professional hard working individuals work for this company and it is abundantly clear the effort, and time they put in to meet the expectation of the customer. I have engaged this company for four years in the maintenance of my home and based on my experience they have well earned their reputation of excellence.

Called to get a quote from Aztec for a roof cleaning on my tiled roofed. The moss was crazy. Austin came out the very next day and did a walk around of my house and gave me a quote right then and there, booked them for a couple days later. The crew came out very nice funny and friendly group of guys. They did an amazing job! I will be using them again in the future as well as letting others know of what a great job they did and the cost was hand down better then any of the other quotes I received. Thanks Austin , and the crew for making my house look great again!

Simon came to my mom's door in Surrey and offered to do roof cleaning. No business card so I was sceptical, but the business checked out with WorkSafe BC so we hired them.They set up an appointment, showed up on time, extremely courteous and absolutely fabulous job. Roof is about 30 years old and looks great. They cleaned up after too. Excellet experience.

We have just had Aztec Maintenance come and clear the moss off our roof, wash our windows and siding. They have done an excellent job. They were hardworking and extremely respectful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. This company exceeded our expectations.
