Initially, I contacted a vendor that had performed service for me in the past, with which I was satisfied. I had an unusual request: I wanted zippers on the front pockets of a pair of men's dress pants. The woman told me she could not do it; she said it would be too expensive. My dress was wonky and lopsided at the top. I honestly didn't know how to fix it but she was very professional and kew exactly how to help me and I now I love my dress and how I look in it. Words cannot explain how satisfied I am with the service.
