We used Kitch again recently for a small DIY reno. Our experience was much better than a couple years ago when we completed our kitchen reno. They were very helpful with questions and kept us up to date with the status of our order. The quality of the product is great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.Previous Post - We used Kitch for a full kitchen renovation. Kitch provides a great product but the customer service that we received was less than stellar. There were several issues with our initial order including missing panels, wrong sized panels, pieces from other orders, etc. Our initial order was placed in June and we finally received all of the correct panels in December! The sales team knows the product and was helpful but it was very hard to get a hold of them and it was very obvious that they are understaffed. We are very happy with our final product but I would be hesitant to use Kitch again based on the service we received.

We installed Kitch cabinets on a basement renovation for our client. The pricing was affordable but the look was high-end, just as we intended. We love their new v-groove cabinet and the broad range of standard colors was awesome. The rep Scott was great to deal with and the order/delivery process was straight forward and easy. We will definitely will look to use this line again!

Outstanding service, and a great product. We placed an order for cabinet doors to fit on our IKEA system and unfortunately there was a delay in production. The team at Kitch informed us of the delay and did a lot to make up for it. They really went above and beyond what was expected to make the situation right, and the buying experience pleasant. The doors are beautiful. Having them boxed up and labeled adds a lot to the product as well. I would recommend Kitch to anyone looking for a new kitchen!

We had some hinges missing. We ordered new ones through our designer’s account. My husband gave them the delivery address to our place. And we paid for delivery. And they still delivered the hinges to our designer’s old address.We now have to drive 2 hours to go pick it up.I work and can’t go today. The people are waiting for the hinges .Prior to that when we had our order delivered from mykitch the delivery people didn’t have the right equipment fir delivery and cause major damages to our property. And they were extremely rude and disrespectful to me.So quite disappointed.What I can’t comprehend is despite giving them the shipping address they didn’t care and delivered to the wrong address.

We used Kitch for a new home build and they recommended Vera Kitchens. Kitch provides a great product and working with Ryan of Vera was very smooth/seamless. If we had any issues, they were fixed immediately. We are extremely happy with the end product and will use Kitch in the future.

Really happy with how my bathroom reno cupboards turned out. Having so many great styles to choose from with samples and getting custom sizes cut on an older base box, turned out great.

Such weird pricing. If you go in their portal to order a 24x15 shaker slim sheer beauty Sektion drawer it costs 169.47 and same size horizontal door (+hinges) it costs 282.47. You're paying 113$ for ikeas 69$ hinges and a different hole patern. Asked for help but the staff said that's the right pricing.Edit: thanks for the reason! Chat service did not explained it this way!

We recently had a whole kitchen renovation. The cabinetry originated with Kitch. We are very pleased with the quality and design of the product. The delivery and quality control was excellent throughout the project. We would recommend Kitch products.

When designing our kitchen earlier this year we’re excited to deal with the showroom in Kelowna. But now dealing with the quality of Kitch ( big scratches on brand new panels in packaging , to a stage film that isn’t coming off), has been very disappointing . From missing hinges and leg kits. To add poor directions on how to properly install it have been absolutely infuriating. The customer service has has also been awful. Constantly talking to different individuals is also getting tiresome. Due to this awful communication this how delayed our completion by at least 3 months. So this is now my last resort. Hopefully we will be getting some proper solutions soon.

As other reviews have mentioned...the customer service of this company is sub-par. This is not something you would expect nowadays, nor would you want to deal with while going through a home renovation.Working with the team was good, at first.
