Sent our daughter, stay at home mom on a holiday to the US to visit friends. She hasn’t travelled much. After a few questions threaten to keep her from travelling because they were concerned she going to the us to work. Border agents were not going let her go because she wasn’t working? They put her to tears. To top it all off they were heard by our daughter laughing at her from behind the screen. So unprofessional and poor judgement. Border services needs to hire people with better character and judgement.

Really bad management at this CBSA location. 3-day wait for clearance for commercial goods and they make you line up both to submit B3's and to get the B3's after clearance. No value added with this. Go to PacHWY and get clearance done within an hour. It's worth the drive. Seriously - what is up with the management at Miller Road? It went from passably useful there in 2021 to being unworkable in 2022. It's as if they deliberately want to harm businesses now. And our tax money pays for this service"? Someone needs to be held responsible."

The staffs here are so rude! I came to ask some questions and the front desk said he could check with his officer. And then said he don’t know he is not sure but he thinks he cannot help me. So I asked him to check with his officer. Then a so called officer come to me with a long face started off by saying I am disrespectful to their staff… what an attitude?

The agents who helped me with my self-accounting package duties were amazing! Answered all my questions and got me in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you for making the process as easy as possible!

its been 20 days since it is being “inspected by the cbsa” for two pairs of shoes and some books delivered internationally. How long do you need to take to inspect such package?? how slow is your services?? i saw the past reviews and put my head down right away seeing other people receiving their package after more than two months roughly handled or either been lost. i now am concerned about my package and willing to do anything to speed up the process of these lazy a**es and get my package which contains very expensive items. If anyone reads this and knows how to deal with these kind of situations please reply to this review and what can i do so i can get my hands on my package thats being inspected for over 20 days.

Just horrible. I cannot believe this office is not open 24 hours. I had rescued a live monkey from China, but could not pick him up until Monday morning!Fortunately I managed to speak to a short, chubbier officer. I couldn't remember his name, but saw a glimpse of his name badge that said officer Moh Tu" .He kindly explained the office was only open Monday to Friday and that the monkey would require a vet inspection.He gave me a phone number to call as well

Officers treat you rudely and think they are doing you a favor or working for free or something, specially if you are a oerson of color and not really familiar with steps

Both the front desk agent and business clearance agent were super helpful today! Polite, kind, instructional and I saw them giving everyone the same respect while I was waiting. Great experience.

I cannot believe they are closed on the weekend. The CBSA border officials work on the weekends as people are travelling. Same for packages. They are arriving everyday. This is ridiculous. Now with the long weekend it compounds 3 extra days my shipment is sitting there.
