Hiltz Marble & Granite Countertops

We were very impressed with all the pattern choices Hiltz had to offer. Elissa was very helpful and didn’t rush us at all. Claude came to our home to do the measurements. He was very accurate as there were no issues installing the countertop when it arrived. The installers know their job well, we were happy with their work. We also ordered our sink and faucet through Hiltz. We were happy we did because Elissa dealt with any issues that arose. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you! We are very happy customers.

No body seems to answer the phone to call you back. They never ordered our granite after our visit then 2 months later finally sent an email saying the basically forgot and it would be October… just really disappointed. When you own a business picking up the phone makes the world of difference.

I just had my new granite kitchen counter tops installed by Hiltz and am very pleased with them. Elissa was very helpful but not pushy in any way in helping me to choose the right one and the installers were professional and courteous and did a great job.

From our first visit to their location, we were treated exceedingly well and were so impressed with the entire experience. From Elissa answering all our inquiries, to the measuring, to the phenomenal guys who came to do the install; absolutely fantastic. When we need granite in the future, this is where we will go and we highly recommend anyone looking for granite, make Hiltz Marble and Granite your first and last stop.

We absolutely love our new countertops. Elissa was very patient with me-I had picked a top and then wasn’t quite sure it was what I wanted. When I finally made up my mind they set a date for installation. The installers were very professional and very courteous. They left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they came into it. I would definitely recommend this company.

I can’t say enough good things about dealing with Hiltz Marble and Granite. We went to their site and were able to see actual slabs which helped us make our choice. The young lady who helped us was very knowledgeable. Our cabinets came weeks later than expected and we were on a timeline to get things done. Claude came to measure as soon as the cabinets were installed. It didn’t take long until they were ready to install…on one side only because we were still waiting on cabinets. Elissa was amazing, she was so helpful and made sure everything was done quickly. The installers were great and did a good job. Don’t think twice about going to Hiltz marble and granite, they will make your kitchen sparkle!

Had kitchen counter installed by them! They did a good job! However, impossible to get someone to answer the phone and also they don’t return emails! But keeping in mind that maybe COVID had something to do with not having enough staff. We had another job we wanted to be done by them and left several msgs and phone msgs! After being persistent , I got a email from them to say that they are extremely busy and that I could go somewhere else for product if I didn’t want to wait! Thing is I waited 9 months for them to do the work. Not professional in any way! Would not recommend that company !
