Again super service from my requested service mechanic Jack. Very detailed in every step of the service.This time I also booked a specific diagnostic request for a driver power seat issue which he resolved in a short time (saving me a lot of money where another shop advised me that I will have to replace the seat and the official manufacturer service department was going to charge me 2hrs labour for diagnostic - issue was just a loose screw...Jack has been my regularly requested mechanic with #instamek (including pre-purchase inspection at the dealership) as he's proven his expertise and trustworthiness in identifying issues honestly and know that I'll be back safe on the road until the next service appointment.Thank you Jack, sincerely appreciate your top notch service!!

I had InstaMek do a pre-purchase inspection for a used car I was looking at. They scheduled a mechanic to come to the dealership the next day during my appointment with the dealership. The mechanic Ali was punctual and friendly upon meeting him. He let me watch as he did his thorough inspection of the vehicle and showed me anything he found concerning. Turns out the vehicle had a few major safety issues that the dealership was not willing to repair or reduce the price for me. Ali's expertise and communication made walking away from the dealership the easiest decision I've made all year.

Booked a pre-purchase inspection. I was having some trouble booking the service online, but whoever helped me over the phone was extremely patient and kind. Easy booking process over the phone.The inspection and report was very well done! They're thorough as they can be, provides pictures and recommendation for what to do next.I had some follow up questions for the mechanic himself and he was honest and kind. Thanks Ali!

Don’t waste your money! I hired this company to do a mobile pre sale inspection: I paid $285 for the service which is pretty pricey. They inspected my car & gave me a report that said everything was in pretty good shape (other than a few minor issues that I was aware of & had no issue with). I bought the car for about $7000. The car started having issues within a short period of time. I took it to a mechanic to get it looked at & they said the transmission was shot & a couple other problems that would cost upwards of $6000-$8000. I had to return the car in the end. Was SUCH a waste of money hiring this company. They told me absolutely nothing useful & all I got from the experience was a $285 bill on top of all the other bills I had to pay. 100% do not recommend!!

Hired InstaMek for a pre-purchase inspection. Was very impressed with the customer service, the inspection itself and the report I received after. It was easy to set up and Ali, the mechanic, was knowledgeable and probably saved me lots of money down the road. I was able to run errands during the inspection and was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The report was much more detailed than I expected with lots of pictures. Would you their services again.

Been two days since we got our inspection. Been trying to contact them for follow up on the issues our car has. They were open on Saturday till the evening, I called them early afternoon and they said they were closed. We are on a messag y chat with them so they have our info - no folllow up after the report was done.We paid $300 for inspection (which is very pricey) and they offered no additional follow up on the issues, just a report we were supposed to parse. If you’re paying a premium like this for an inspection there should be at least some followup from the company on the severity of the problems, the cost to fix, etc. The report is pretty useless without the context or understanding of the severity of the issues.I’m giving them 1 star for the timebeing but will update it later if they get back to us with any sort of information.

After we stopped at a local mall our car wouldn't start. I've used Instamek before so I gave them a call. They were able to set up an appointment for the next day and the mechanic quickly discovered the problem and fixed it, all inside an hour. Best thing is that I didn't have to have the car towed, he fixed it right in the mall parking lot.

My family has been using instaMek for both of our cars for the last year. Their customer service, attention to detail and ease of communication has been exceptional. Very nice service! One time I bought a new car and forgot to tell them of my vehicle change, they were able to complete my service without and complaints on site and didn’t charge extra to deliver new liquids/parts. The technicians name was Pedro, great work!

One of the best mechanic service experiences I ever had. We had a car that we inherited from a family member which was in rough condition. We wanted someone to diagnose the problem so we can know if it's worth repairing or we should just scrap the car. The mechanic arrived at our home in North Vancouver and was very thorough and provided us with a detailed report. We knew exactly what needed to be repaired and were able to get quotes from multiple mechanics. Will definitely use this company again.

100% using their services again, had Jack perform my oil change, he was prompt and went straight to work. I live in a small apartment and the maintenance was done in an underground parking lot, mess free, and I was even able to continue working from home until the the maintenance was completed.Big thanks to Jack and the instaMek team!
