All-in-One Home Inspecting

Mike was really great to work with! I was a bit nervous about who to have do our inspection as this is my first home. I am so glad we decided to use his services! He was very thorough in his inspection, very polite and easy to talk to! He showed us around the house for everything that he looked for and gave us an excellent inspection report which details and pictures that outlined any concerns with clear comments. As a bonus, he even includes one fireplace inspection in the cost! We were very pleased! I highly recommend using All-in-one home inspection for your inspection needs!

We had our roof replaced this year due to hail damage and have been having trouble with the company that we hired to replace it regarding some quality issues. We called around to about 2 dozen different companies trying to pay for a roof inspection so that we could document the issues to help us resolve our problems, but with no luck. Finally I found All-in One-Home Inspecting online. I called and Mike immediately said that he would do the inspection for us and he was able to come out and do it within a very short amount of time and for a reasonable price. Super nice guy. He was quick but thorough and went over his findings in detail and then we received his report within a few hours after his inspection. He confirmed the same issues that we knew about but he also discovered an issue where there was missing ice/water barrier in a small section that we would have never known about. When the roofing company came back out to fix that problem, they discovered that the crew that did our roof skipped putting the new decking on that section of the roof as well and so it all had to get ripped off and re-done the right way. They fixed all of the other issues we had as well. I know sending the roofing company the report from All-in-One Home Inspecting made them step up because they had been dragging us along since June and within a week of sending it, everything is fixed and more. I am definitely keeping Mikes number and would recommend his services to anyone in the area looking for a home inspector.

Once the inspection process was completed, he quickly sent us an electronic copy of our finalized report that was user friendly, secure, and professionally put together. We told Mike that we would absolutely contact him again in the future once we’re ready to move into a different home, and we would absolutely recommend him to others. Exceedingly pleased with the home inspection we received prior to purchasing our home. Inspector was prompt and professional. We were most pleased with the detailed nature of the inspection. The report included photos specifying which areas needed attention, and specified whether the issue was urgent, or could be attended to at a later date.The inspector sat down with us to explain each item of the inspection and answer any questions. We felt well informed of the exact state of the house and empowered when deciding on any projects, remodeling, or renovating we would plan.

Can't believe how painless Mike made this process for us first time home owners. He is so efficient and made our lives much easier with his extremely thorough and easy to read report. Mike was very professional to work with. We are first time home buyers so we didn't know what to expect exactly. I figured that a home inspector would be detailed but Mike absolutely blew us away with the details! Mike takes good Photos, points everything out, and is very knowledgeable.
