This place is amazing. I am greeted when I walk in. The staff are thorough. I rarely wait - even if I am there for drop-in x-rays. I have moved all my pain management appointments and care to Mayfair Diagnostics, and I have been very pleased with the staff in all departments.

The front desk ladies are very helpful, kind and always smiling. The back staff that assist or do the testing know what they are doing, and are very respectful, helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

After being denied a potentially life saving procedure I decided to go private and went here. From the check in staff to the lady who did my CT, everyone was so wonderful and professional. Thank you for offering these services and thank you for making this a comfortable experience. We don’t thank health care staff enough and I truly appreciate your services.

I had an ultrasound appointment today and I was feeling really nervous. I believe the name of my technician was Chrisandra.She was so lovely, made me feel at ease. It was a very stressful time for me but made me feel comfortable and less worried. Overall left feeling cared for.Will definitely recommend.

The team that looked after my cortisone shots were fantastic. Made me feel comfortable and I am pleased with the overall results ( so far). Everyone is pleasant (from the time that you register) through to the medical team that administers the cordisone shot. I wouldn't go to another clinic again for this procedure. Thanks, Mayfair team

My experience inspires great confidence and I will absolutely be recommending your facility & services.The facility was beautifully maintained with much more spa vibes than you would expect for a place doing any type of medical procedure.All staff I encountered at the Mayfair Place location were polite and took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood the procedure.My MRI technologist was friendly, gregarious and most importantly had a calming presence which really helps with anxiety associated with this test.

My mother and I had several appointments at Mayfair spanning a month. Every front desk associate and technician we came across has been nothing short of wonderful. Patient, accommodating and thoughtful. I couldn't say enough good things about our experience there.

All crew were very professional, fast, accurate and welcoming! Lots of free parking. Lots of diagnostic room so waiting time was very short. Our radiologist were really awesome at explaining things to us. She’s very patient and fun to talk with. Overall, we really liked the way they cater their customers and fast processing.

I was just in for an ultrasound on my foot. I wouldn't hesitate to come back this Mayfair location again.Reception is interesting. There are big plexiglass partitions between staff and patient and I'm not sure why. The person helping me was helpful and pleasant, though I sensed she was having a bit of a long day.I was on time for my appointment, waited about 7 minutes when Mostafa (ultrasound tech) came to great me. Once we were in the treatment room, he informed me that his colleague would be supervising the ultrasound. All good.It was actually really helpful to hear Luke coach Mostafa through the scan. Normally, techs are quite and I never know what they're doing beyond the obvious - their job.Parking is free. Both designated stalls and free stalls.Results were in the hands of my sports doctor within 2 business days.Thanks team!

I prefer this clinic to most other radiology clinics I've been too. The technicians are always very kind and personable. Some of the front end staff (Not all) are not as friendly... seen some attitude from them a few times. As for the techs, I appreciate their help and the guy who works front end, of some kind of Asian descent.I went in with Covid yesterday and was treated very well, while isolated from others in the waiting room. I appreciate how they took good care of both sides.When I was denied entry by a different clinic, (EFW) completely...even though I needed x ray because of covid.Will return to Mayfair always.
