The company claimed they were family friendly but then told me I should leave my (non-verbal, gross motor delayed) 2 year old with a stranger from an agency when he was sick because I had used up my sick days and they wouldn't let me use the vacation time I had left for the days he was home sick from daycare. I have 20 years of experience in this industry and can confirm that Epocal/Siemens Healthineers are well organized and have a decent product pipeline but work-life balance and being family friendly are just buzz words they use but don't actually believe in.

Never work here. Most of the ex employees in production area were denied jobs in other jobs after quiting here becuase the line manager handled things so personal like a gangster mind. He called the other employee and told bad things about the worker. Denied of high promising job. If any migrants feel like they are trapped here because of this please complain to the ministry.
