Vaughn was very professional and communicative through the entire inspection process. I had many questions, and he took time to patiently, expertly and thoroughly answer each one. Additionally he allowed me to shadow him during the inspection and walked me through his process. Vaughn exceeded my expectations by also inspecting the exterior of the condo building, the parking structure, storage locker area, and any exterior sidewalks, and appliances. He gave me an extremely detailed and thorough report and his insight at the end that allowed me to make a fully informed decision.
