They fixed my grandma’s 1981 filter Queen! It’s an awesome vacuum, but it just stopped working. They were able to get it going with used parts! It works perfectly again! The staff was very friendly! Thanks again for your great service and reasonable price….kelly

Went in with an old pic of the vacuum bags I needed . It was identified right away . I was given several choices for replacement bags with cost difference explained . Excellent service , friendly and prompt .

WOW, best service call ever!!! I have a beam and use it several times a day with our dogs. We've had the motor replaced twice under warranty, and the service is exceptional. I phoned in the morning, had the vacuum picked up, and returned fixed right after lunch. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Would highly recommend. It was worth the money we spent on the vacuum.

Hi My first time going to city center. And I dropped off my machine for a free quote and said he would call me before doing any work. Well that wasnt the case.He phoned and told me how much. And as I'm not working I would have done at a later date. So I should not have to had to pay it to get my machine back. I wont recommend this company. Do what you say your going to do. A free quote is a free quote.

First time customer, but will definitely be back with any vacuum needs. Dropped off a Bissell vacuum for repairs, the store went above and beyond my expectations to contact Bissell find the power head and that it was still under warranty ! They were friendly and answered all my questions quickly. Highly recommend .
