I need to write an extensive review of this place,This place is highly overrated. First of all, the regular masks that are offered to you are not functioning correctly. They start sweating just a minute after starting the game, and you can not see anything _ This means that you can not play even a single round. Second, the place suffers from the lack of proper lighting, which means any time interval after 16:00 is impotent. The playground map is elementary and is not worth taking that long trip from Vienna. Finally, the receptionist needs some introductory business course due to his lack of communication with the customers. After we explained the problems to him and told him to tell the next customers about the masks and lights issues, he told us that he is a businessman and that the suggestion would not be profitable.******************************************************************TO CONCLUDE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLAYGROUND FOR ANYONE, NOT EVEN FOR A SINGLE TRY.******************************************************************

I have never been in such an awful place. The receptionist didn’t know even the basic business rules! He offers a non-customer friendly service. Customer satisfaction is not important to them at all and they have just continue to argue with customers!The outdoor playground was totally dark when the sunset came down and it was impossible to continue playing. Be aware of it since the receptionist don’t say it and you would lose your time in darkness! The normal mask doesn’t also work well specifically for people who wear glasses.I was totally unsatisfied and not recommend to anyone to try it.

Very good place! Excellent service! And most important: there is an inside field! We celebrated our son’s birthday and suddenly it started raining….. The boys went in promptly. Otherwise they would be wet and should leave earlier. In 40 minutes it stopped and we went out to try all outside fields.Hans is very polite, knowledgeable and speaks very good English, which is very important for somebody that does not speak German, except with the hands :)

Lots of different fields with very varied terrain.

We booked an 2 hours package. 6 to 8(45€ pro person)And they told us this package which is for adults has to be played in outdoor fields. In less than an hour it got all dark outside and it was no artificial lights either. After one hour and 10 minutes they came to see what are we doing and when we complained about not seeing anything he just mentioned, you could have came in and say it’s dark and we want to play inside(but he also mentioned at the beginning that the adult package has to be played outside) I mean when he knows it’s not possible to play 2 hours why they even sell it to us!!They also told us about the masks that the normal masks get steam and you’re going to sweat through them( for better masks you can pay 6€ extra)The masks were total garbage especially for people wearing glasses!! But again when you know the normal masks do not function right, why do you even offer them? I’m already paying 45 euros why shouldn’t I get the basic equipments to play?The person in charge didn’t accept any of the arguments of us and insisted he said, that was all our fault and although we didn’t play our remaining time he charged us for 2 hours!!!

1-Low quality playground, lighting system and map2-Old/dirty changing room, toilets3- Lack of providing proper information in English for foreigners and visitors (Neither on website nor in the place).4-Awful location (Very far from Vienna and train station)

Loads of different fields with really good gear however it is very far away
