Their customer service has gone down sometime in the last few years. If a cashier mistakenly over charged you for an item, if it was under $20 or so, they'd let you keep it if you went to customer service. Now, they just refund the difference. Too bad they're not including something for my wasted time and effort for their mistake.Their pizzas (largest size, rectangular) are still amazing value, even after the increased prices and thinner dough. You wont find that value anywhere else, for that quality. It's even better than costco for that. My recent experience with their Tuscan chicken was unpleasant. Dry and had a fishy smell.Good selection of food and groceries otherwise, a little pricey. Look for deals and the bill can be minimized.

I like Fortinos because they have a lot more options than some other places, but I don't love the price as it is one of the most expensive grocery stores. It is always clean and organized, but the layout can be a bit confusing at times, especially to newcomers. If it wasn't for the prices, I'd shop at fortinos all the time. I usually only come for a quick shop or more specific items I can't get elsewhere.

Ample parking, large store, huge selection. It is a one stop shop. There is a food court, bakery, Flower shop, gifts and groceries. Everything is fresh, organized and clean. It’s expensive but they have good deals, and discounts. Tried a few bakery items, all were fresh and delicious. Large selection of international goods. Staff always welcoming and nice. I recommend going to a cashier over a self check out as it tends to be much faster.

It's a nice store but you have to comprehend just how expensive it is.... Even the discounted fruits and vegetables are out of reach, especially taking into account that many of the clients are university students.$1 for a middle-sized potato is a stretch....

Great grocery store with wide aisles, in store butcher and fish monger, among other specialties such as stone baked pizza, deli, sushi/noodles bar, soup bar, etc. This location even has a large Joe Fresh.

I found this store very organized and spacious, almost everything is available. Aisles are having enough space in between them that you can easily push your trolleys . Everything looks super fresh and well stocked.

I like the variety in the Pane Fresco area at the front of the store. Prices are generally higher than Good Basics, but much better selection. I was pleased to see that price for fresh US cherries was lower than metro and Walmart and excellent quality

I wanted to checkout at the meat station, but had to wait for ages when there was NO LINE. The staff there completely disregarded me while I stood there. Incredibly annoyed and hope I don't see them again next time.

Very frustrated with the produce here, which has declined considerably in quality however continues to be as expensive as ever. Vegetables look super fresh but when I cut into them at home (peppers, cucumber for example) they are gross inside. Makes me wonder what they were coated with.I used to love this store but now go only occasionally for the kosher chicken breasts or a few overpriced Montreal style bagels. Other than that, the store has a lot of nice Joe Fresh clothes, but really nothing else to make me want to go back. Their prices for most food things are just too high, so I’m just going to take my business elsewhere.

While I have never had trouble finding what I need, there have been a few occasions where I needed help with a specific item or had a question about a product, and had trouble locating an employee who could help. However, this is a relatively minor issue and does not detract from my overall positive impression of the store.In terms of checkout, the store has plenty of cashiers available, so there is rarely a long wait. The staff are friendly and efficient, making the process quick and easy. The store also offers a self-checkout option, which I appreciate for quick trips when I only have a few items.Overall, I highly recommend this grocery store. The combination of a clean, well-stocked store and reasonable pricing makes it a go-to destination for my weekly grocery shopping.
