Dealt with Saurabh- the sales manager on my friend’s recommendation and felt really happy about his service and recommendations. He did the best for us on all the items we brought. Salesman with the right attitude!

I really want to give this place a better review based on the service I recieved from one of their sales staff but the terrible quality of their actual product in store and they're return policies just outweigh the personable nature of the staff. Everything they jave os open box, defective or missing parts. I paid cash for a purchase and they would only give me inspire credit the next day when I returned the product because they claimed they already deposited the cash. I jave returned several time to spend the credit, but they never have inventory in the store of the item I chose that is not an already open box with used or returned product. I had higher hopes for this store but it's appearent to me now they just don't have access to reliable new products and do not offer the return of money once they get it from you. Buyer beware.

I have no idea how I have never been to Visions before. I've picked up a TV on Black Friday and the price didn't just match Best Buy's, but they also beat the offer that Best Buy had. Mike, the manager of the store, is extremely helpful and cares about his customers.Mike and his staff took their time to explain the differences between the TVs that I was considering and they gave me advice based on what's good for me and not what makes them more money.Two weeks after I bought the TV I wasn't in love with it and I took it back in to swap it for a different TV and the whole process was hassle free and easy - of course, the TV have to be in perfect condition and in its original box, and that makes sense.After packing and bringing the TV in, I realized that I had not performed a factory reset, which meant my Google account was still saved on that TV. Mike personally helped me take the TV out of the box at the store, plugged it in, we did a factory reset, and then put TV back in its box. Everyone was so accommodating and patient.From now on Visions will be the first place I go to when I need to buy any electronics. The store has everything from TVs to car and home audio systems with custom installation services. The location is also very convenient.Definitely a store to check the next time you're shopping around. Ask for Mike! He'll take care of you. Tell him Wisam sent you and you might get a high five on top of the great price and service!

I ordered a product from them and was told it would take about 6 weeks to arrive in the store. Time goes by, I call them and was told the sales manager would get back to me. He didn't. Called again a few days later, same answer, same outcome. Called a third time and was told they would contact the manufacturer. Waited another week with no more info. Called again and was told it was in the store. Went to the store and it wasn't there. The sales rep who sold it to me didn't hang around to make sure things were taken care of, just walked out of the store for whatever reason.

Friendly and helpful staff.They also carry insta360 camera line and accessories, which other physical electronic shops usually don't.Clearance items were at reasonable prices.They have dropped pricing for open-box items.

We just purchased a 75” Samsung QLED TV from Vision Electronics Scarborough location. The experience was absolutely incredible!! The salesperson, Kumar, was very knowledgeable, patient and just persistent enough to “encourage” us to make our purchase through Vision Electronics. He also provided us with the best value in town on a very scarce, mid-range Samsung NEO QLED model.If you are looking to purchase any home electronics and would like to have a no-hassle, worry-free experience combined with a great price, look no further than Kumar @ Vision Electronics Scarborough!!!

My worst decision was to buy something there; I used the TV for one week. Saturday, When I was using my 75 TV on my PS5

I will never buy anything from Visions ever again and this store specifically has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Multiple TVs purchased from exceeding $10k with extended warranty and they claim if you unsubscribe from the spam emails it voids the warranty. Of the 7 TV’s I purchased 3 have had technical problems. Spoke with someone named Saurabh who was extremely rude, condescending, and arrogant and essentially told me to pound sand at “head office”.
