Morgan and the service team weee extremely helpful. We were driving to Buffalo from Waterloo and the glow plugs started flashing on my A8 TDI. I called Morgan and asked if they could do an emergency diagnostic. The Audi Niagara team has always been good to me. I recommend them to people pretty often and I've only heard positive things. Recently bought a used RS3 from Nelson and it was another great experience. I definitely suggest stopping by if you're in the market for a new or used Audi.

Awesome experience.We were shopping for an EV and went to many dealers, were no satisfied by their reaction, then we went to Audi Niagara in St. Catherine. Had awesome experience, we were treated like a family very comfortable. The sales person Marc treated us with respect and as a friend. Had a great experience dealing with Taylor from the Audi Niagara dealership. Was very responsive from the beginning as we communicated over email and provided a number of detailed options before having visited the location. As I was travelling about 1.5 hour to come test drive the cars I really appreciated this. When I arrived the process was quick and easy, I ended up purchasing an awesome S5 coupe, and Taylor even offered to deliver the car to my home later that week and pick-up my trade-in. For anyone considering visiting this location I highly recommend it, and for you to speak with Taylor!

We recently purchased a used 2021 Q3 from Audi Niagara and are very happy with the vehicle and the outstanding care we received from Albert. We had stopped in to test drive cars a few months prior and didn't love the 2018 Q3 model. Albert stayed in contact with updates on cars he thought would fit our goals. He was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. When I reached out regarding a well optioned and low KM 2021 Q3, he very promptly sent me photos before they were posted on website. The car is beautiful and we are very happy. This is our first Audi and we have switched over from another brand.Albert understood the value of bringing a new customer to the brand and offered a very generous trade value, which helped close the deal. He made delivery very smooth and in addition to providing a welcome gift he also walked me through the vehicle. This CPO vehicle had all new brake pads installed and I feel like I've purchased a new car.
