Great place - caring staff. We’ve been going to Wellington for over 25 years! They have always taken very good care of our dogs and are a pleasure to deal with!

I took my dogs and cats her for many years. They were caring and kind. Terry was there for a few decades. I miss the old crew.My little morkie died just a few days before Christmas. Lucky had heart disease and died on my bed. Traumatic experience for the both of us. I brought his little body swaddled and in a make do casket. I was greated at the front desk at 8 in the morningWith no one in the place. I was asked to take him to the back door by the young woman who greated me with a clipboard and pen and starting asking me questions about my choices in the parking lot with snow and rain blowing. She was telling me my options and asked me if I wanted “the paw” mortified I asked if I could come in from the wet cold. We then stepped into what was like a storage/garage with two long kitchen freezers in it. I was reassured that was Lucky’s next stop. We weren’t brought into a little parlour to say our last goodbyes. I said I couldn’t deal with this and I would be in touch. I left lucky there with not any other choice. I spoke with Tammy who apologized and told me to call back when I was ready to deal with it. I got through Christmas contracted covid and didn’t get back for four weeks. Tammy greeted me and brought me into a subdued parlour with samples of all the end of life little urns and “paw prints” Prints!…not paws. Tammy went and had a look and reassured me I could see him one more time to say our final goodbye. Tammy told me to buzz when I was ready. Tammy made it better but the initial handing over my beloved companion was horrible. RIP Lucky

Hatchet and I always have a positive experience with all staff members. In fact they are the reason Hatchet manages his appointments so well. When we arrive he's a big baby and by the end he's soaking up the love and accepting treats.Thank you so much for helping take care of this good boi.Also as an owner, I always feel welcome to ask questions. We’ve been well cared for by the friendly staff at Wellington Veterinary Services for many years. Their suggestions have been informative and helpful. They were compassionate and kind when life was too much for our aging cat. Even with Covid restrictions, they made the moment positive. We thank them for that. Our rescue dog and cat have settled in well as patients. Again, the care is the best. Thank you for being there for us.

I was having some trouble with my payment method and the ladies at the front were so patient and kind. All around amazing energy at the clinic. I would recommend it to absolutely anyone.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’m always able to get our pet’s medication on time,I never have to worry. Sharon is so considerate of our pet when it comes to grooming, she’s considerate of our pet’s age and takes great care to give her breaks in between her grooming. Thank you Sharon!

Wellington Veterinary came highly recommended to me by some of my colleagues. Being new to the area, I needed a vet that would be reasonably priced, friendly and knowledgeable. That’s exactly what Wellington Veterinary is. The front desk staff is great, and Dr. Tomlin was very nice and great with my cats (which is so important to me!). I am so relieved I have found a great place to take my animals.

Love Wellington Vet (Elora) so much!! I have 5 dogs and have all 5 dogs going to them. My chihuahuas are yappy and have classic small dog syndrome… but the wonderful ladies always do so amazing and my dogs leave happy believe it or not !!! My Husky lab X and presa canario are not too people friendly but they still do beautifully & treat my dogs like one of their own:) Just got a new puppy that is also going to them! prices are AMAZING and just such a friendly and positive atmosphere. Definitely recommend to friends:) what more do you need for your fur-babies well-being<3

Such an amazing place to bring your pet! The staff are always so friendly and kind and they take the time to chat with you to answer your questions and concerns. They check in on your pet after they've been in. I don't know what other vets charge but I found that this one charges very fairly and you don't have to worry about breaking the bank to get your loved one checked out, that tells me that they truly care about the health of your pet. AND they were able to cut my dog's nails which is a huge feat of it's own! Thank you Wellington Veterinary Services for being so awesome!
