Paragon Security

Paragon company is a decent security company. Worked here during the entirety of my studies as an international student and the management (John) was always flexible in accommodating my schedule. The Oshawa campus supervisor / scheduler John deserves a raise. I have not met any single person who said otherwise about him. Chances to move up the company is limited.PS: Toronto office staff have no consideration, Oshawa office are very helpful.

I received a parking ticket even though their security told me to park at that specific location. I called the supervisor and he was not willing to help me out even though I had evidence. Not very professional

Twain was an amazing instructor and was friendly, informative, and engaging. He made an important class easy to understand. Hats off to him!

I loved working for paragon great shifts loved my postings and the clients i served. the paragon staff and admin were great. Best security company to work for. I only left as i relocated with my family. But i sure do miss paragon

Pay role is not much but overtime will cover it. The management and staff re well mannered and behaved. Will recommend

Plenty of work but Horrible management. Brett should be fired, he has a lack of communication skills or empathy towards his employees.Apply to Toronto Paragon and you will be treated 10x better.If you are having issues with this company about anything. Time off, pay, seniority ..use your union if you have passed your probation. I personally made this mistake and never again.

No employer is more unprofessional then this one right here. They treat you like a living corpse and as if you’re there property. They dont pay minimum wage and expect to get the best out of them. The management here is horrible. Just look at the reviews and how many stars they have. It speaks for themselves. They dont care if you’re sick or if you’re uncomfortable. They try to force you to do things out of your comfort zone. This is the worst employer I ever worked for. Especially Sahithi Pola. Shes the most unprofessional. She sends “lol” in her emails. Nobody from management is ever supposed to that. In my years of experience Ive never had anyone do that it’s extremely unprofessional. I had to do a Covid test and they weren’t respecting that. Again, they dont care if you’re sick because you’re just a body to them. Heartless management who have no sense of awareness for their employees and no proper sense of direction in running a security business.

Just had one of your security guards put hands on me 2 or 3 times well just peacefully waiting in the Oshawa clinic line he kept forcing other patients ahead of me claiming there was a q. When I asked all the other patients, apparently there was no queue and I was there before them as far as they were concerned his badge number was 11290645 The only time he finally let off and ran back into the security office after claiming his job was to stand where he was standing and he was not going to leave was when the other patients told him that I was there first and to leave me alone and stop bullying me

FRAUD ALERT !!!guys dont work with them.. this is fraud company.. they did not pay me for 2 weeks.. 12 shifts.. im going to take some action now.. please visit securitas g4s they are very good companies.. dont waste your time here..be aware.. !!! i will go to union if they will not help me .. i will go to ministry of labour! nick sahiti all are fraud there don’t trust them.. check their overall rating use your mind

Do yourself a favor and do not apply or work for this company. They will lie on there adds to set up an interview and hit you with a probationary rate instead of the rate stated on adds.The uniforms are overpriced and scheduling is a joke. They will give you a scheduled and cancel it last minute. This company is the definition of disappointment. Just go on CERB don't even work for a trashy company like this or apply to companies that actually pay you well and on time. 1 year of my life down the drain but I'm happy I left on time. Two middle fingers to Paragon.
