I had an amazing experience at Northern Ford in Espanola Ontario. Shane Delisle treated my hubby and I very well! He is very friendly and works hard to please his customers! I am loving my Ford Escape so much. I have nothing bad to say about them. I definitely see myself coming back in the future!!

Purchased a new vehicle from Shane @ Northern Ford. Came in on short notice and he was able to get me out the door with my new used vehicle as soon as possible! Sent me out the door with a fresh service. Highly recommended!

Never had an issue there. Staff always given us good customer service- always friendly and took the time to chat when waiting for our truck or car being serviced. When had a question on a type of car (or truck) staff was always there to answer questions and were helpful. When I was going to school the dealership had a rental service that I used and were fantastic! Showroom very neat and clean and nice waiting area for customers. Nice selection of vehicles on their lot. But definately love what we drive!

Thought I would let potential customers, traveler's, or anyone looking to do business with Northern ford Espanola re consider!!! Had an issue with my vehicle while traveling that would have left me stranded. Called Espanola ford, to see if I could get some help and order the part needed. The service department said they could help me out because I was in a pinch. So I gave authorization to order the part. Once I arrived they said they couldn't help all of a sudden and no openings. Worst customer service I have ever seen and I'm a ford technician with years of experience. They had no problems leaving me and my wife stranded. They would do the same to you too. Thank god for Canadian Tire Espanola And NAPA. Clearly this dealership is out of touch and should not be able to use the Ford logo to sell their service and vehicles.

Just bought a 2020 new to me F-150 from Shane @ Northern Ford Esponola. It was super easy and he was available to answer questions. As a small dealership, so far they seem to go the extra mile just like you do going out to them. I will update as my relationship with Northern Ford continues.If your in the Sudbury area skip the two big names and go the extra mile to Esponola.

Working with Shane was incredibly smooth and efficient. Answered all questions and was extremely accommodating! I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. I have had dealings in the past also and it has always been a pleasant experience. Love my new Ford F150 Lariat!

Was looking to purchase a good used truck, preferably a Ford, but the currennt market was making it difficult.Was diving by the dealership one day and saw this truck. Test drove it the next day & purchased the truck.Thank to Shane for making the purchasing process go smoothly & easily.

Dealing with Shane on the purchase of my new Ford Explorer was awesome. He kept me informed on the time line of my new vehicle.. I picked it up today and it’s gorgeous.I love everything about it. Shane was so helpful and patient in helping me set up my phone and all the other perks that came with my vehicle. This is our third vehicle we have purchased in two years from Northern Ford. This experience with Shane was as great as the last two. I highly recommend Northern Ford there staff there are wonderful.

I would leave 0 if I could. Stranded in massy ont, call this Ford for help and tell them the part we need to get home. Are told, they have one! And can fix it! We are saved! So we think...So we get there, and the woman at the counter....she must have been new. my husband who is a ford Mechanic, corrected her about warranty. from there she was very rude. Said they are all booked. She never even ran his info threw the system. Just face in a knot . Told us its not under warranty....with out looking anything up.So now we are stranded, and they have the only part we need in townAs it was delivered to them for US the first phone call...Worst customer service. Buyers bewareThank god for Napa and Canadian tire!!!got the part back, and Canadian tire fit us right in!!Northen Ford. No empathy, and lack of communication. Others in town have told us unless you buy from them
