Horrible customer service and wait times, even if you have an appointment.Oil filter/kit is $67, but total is over $200 with labor. What a joke! We’re talking about a base 2015 Jetta. You’d think with such a premium you’d be getting class A service - not the case.Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Plenty of better options around.

I love my new Atlas and the entire buying experience with the team at Myers; especially with Robyn & Mitch - I felt valued , was given a fair deal and I like the knowledge base sales approach. The team is Dynamic - especially the receptionist with cool hair ! I live in Montreal and has done many VW dealerships so I was surprised to find this level of experience in a suburban car dealership

Brought our 2015 Golf in for servicing. I was a little early, but they booked me in as soon as they were able. The shuttle drivers are very friendly, they made the trip in gridlock pass very quickly. All staff I dealt with were courteous and very professional.

Sales department was fantastic. Service department, not so much. Haven't been back. Take it to another dealership for servicing. Worth the drive for less headaches.

Long wait to drop off car for service in the morning even I had appointment.When I tried to call service department @3 pm to arrange pickup I never was able to reach advisor and had to leave a message on the answering machine. One hour later still waiting them to call me back.
