do not let them touch your car if it needs repairs, they are not capable of doing it properly. Had a gas tank replaced on a 2014 lancer here and they cut into the gas line, causing the car to flood with gas and stall out while driving. The Mitsubishi dealership pointed to their fix" as the cause of the problem after over $1100 in repairs

This is the only Canadian Tire I've visited in all of Canada that doesn't allow dogs. Even Canadian Tire ads on TV promote bringing them into the store. I have a small dog who I've always enjoyed bringing to Canadian Tire the past 10 years. We avoid this store and go to Mount Pearl where we are welcomed but today was an exception as we needed dog food.Some yahoo on a power trip is likely using the lame, outdated excuse someone is allergic" to justify their dislike for animals. Dog allergies don't cause severe allergic reactions to people."

Not impressed with how management treats their staff. Witnessed more times of Management/supervisor belittling. Bullying and yelling at kids working the floor. I have been in management for over 20 yrs and never talk to staff like this. Seems like a toxic place.

Scam EXPOSED!!!Please do not buy heavy online items!!1. They are not brand-new items.2. They are defective, especially on sale items.I bought a lawn mover online in April, which was on sale. They charged $100+tax for delivery. I opened that box in mid-June to use it because of obvious reasons. After a few seconds, it started smoking and did not start again. I called the service people, and they asked me to bring the machine; if not, they would charge $75 for transport. So I decided to return the item. The Canadian Tire said the open box could not be returned and asked me to switch products. As they planned, that product is discontinued. So I was forced to buy an expensive one and paid a couple hundred extra.The defective one was not a brand new one because I purchased the Yardworks" brand

To be honest, I absolutely love Canadian Tire, it's on my top 5 favorite stores to visit. Really can beat their sales. And their house brand tools are perfect for the DIYer.

They are one of the worst, brought my car to fix the muffler, they charged me 1k and put all new parts. When I went there to pick up my car I found the windshield was broken and they didn’t tell me about, they had to change it. just one month after the muffler repair it became worst and louder than before and smoke came in when I turn on the AC. Never go there again

It’s my own fault for buying final sale Christmas items but after spending 50 dollars on a reel of Christmas lights, almost have them fully hung up, and at the end of the lights a wire was frayed and the lights didn’t work. There’s obviously zero product quality assurance when it comes to Canadian Tire’s in house brand Noma. It’s like a rat chewed through the wire before it was even packaged and I can’t get my money back. Do NOT buy anything Final sale and do NOT buy anything Noma brand.

Canadian Tire on Hebron Way is my go too whenever I need anything for my house or car. Customer service is great. There is always someone nearby who is always willing to help me find anything I need. The store is always clean and organized. I highly recommend this location

Ah, Canadian Tire….what can I say? It’s like your all-in-one ‘The Shopping Channel’, except in a brick-and-mortar location. They’ve got everything the beginner DIYer could need for maintaining their car, or getting into welding. They’ve got seasonal items as well, which usually go on clearance as the season comes to a close. For holiday-related items (which as Christmas and Easter), you can buy deeply discounts items right before and right after the holiday ends. Great way to save at least 50% on your decorations!

The people at this store are very helpful. I went in one evening and was looking at tires for my truck, I ordered them and 2 days later they were ready to pickup. I went in that Saturday to get the tires installed and balanced, that went great. I dropped the truck off at 9am with no appointment and picked it up at 11am the guy at the service desk told me about the pro rated tire warranty and explained it very well. Overall a great experience. Thanks to Thomas at the automotive service desk on Hebron way for the help. The same day I exchanged an older mastercraft socket set because the ratchet broke and the set was discontinued but they replaced it with the closest set they have no questions asked. Would totally recommend buying anything at this store. Super helpful staff with good knowledge on the products they sell.
