Staff treated me like family.Manager went out of his way to get me to airport. The food was perfectly prepared. The breakfast I had was out of this world. 2 eggs with bacon ham cut up mixed in with the potato cut hash browns covered in hollandaise sauce so good.

convenient facilities~~^^New renovation room. especially. Room 204 seems to be a very good room for couples or families. There was also a kitchen.

Stayed for a week and halfNot vacuumed once, had to ask for towels and clean sheets on 4th day, should be doing their house cleaning everyday without being asked,rude receptionist, restaurant wasn’t open everyday and the shuttle service wasn’t running everyday either.

Bed bugs in one room,Doesn’t seem to have been vacuumed in days.Dealt with 2 very rude receptionists women during few days stay.

Have long considered the NMI a bit of a hidden gem, good value for the money. No longer.Not advised that restaurant closed, lounge closed. Switched my room at check to 2 double beds. Sheets clean" but stained. Crusties on bedside table. Bathrooom so-so. Inattentive front desk staff. I have stayed in worse but only when no other options exist. Unless money is real tight

I am Truck driver, i asked for shower from the Motel staff, the Lady was so friendly, she said if any room is empty, she will charge little fee and then i can use shower. This is for fellow truckers, if u need shower facilities. check with them they are helpful, try if they have available..

There are bedbugs and no physical locks on the doors, gross and unsafe feel to the place.
