Very disappointing experience. The food was poor quality not to mention it was served stone cold, not once but twice. We have been coming to this Red’s location for years! Never again! I don’t think it’s too much to ask for warm food, good service, good quality when prices continue to skyrocket! When we make the effort to support local and pay the higher prices we expect good food, good service and consistent quality! Beware it you decide to eat here!Server was not too bothered when we mentioned our concerns..it was busy but certainly not crazy there..

One of Calgary’s MUST VISIT!I went here for a nice brunch with a close friend and we were not disappointed! I’ve been here once before MANY MANY years ago and I’m happy to say this beautiful hidden gem has not lost its charm. The food of course is amazing! There is a large selection but not to much, which means they put maximum effort into every bite.The quite location is one of my favourite things about it, surrounded by old growth trees it feels like an old school local dinner. This will forever and always be one of my favourite places to eat.

Headed there because of good reviews I saw on Google maps, however; food wasn’t great. Chicken cutlet was not seasoned at all. Potato cube pieces were too crunchy. I would return.

Best Red’s location in the city. Food is always great tasting and quick to come out. The staff is always super friendly and seem like an actual team, love to see that. Good place for breakfast/lunch inside seats and the patio seats are all cozy. One of my go to breakfast spots for sure!

Just what I needed today - friendly, welcoming staff, attentive service and over the top kindness - highly recommend Red's in Ramsay.For eats, the Harvest Bowl with soft poached eggs is a winner all day long. Pair that with fresh brewed coffee or orange juice and you're set for the day. A full-on Nutrition Nuke if you're looking for a hearty blend of flavors and love in a bowl.I recommend starting your self-care Saturday with Red's#jaysaysitsgreat #selfcaresaturday

Tried the Brie Bacon Jam Burger with poutine. It was excellent. I left super impressed! Food was just so good! Super busy. Service was good. Building was big, with an extended patio, upbeat vibe. Everything is fresh. A fresh" take on diner food is the idea I guess ... It was amazing!"

Hate to say it as we really used to love this place but it's really gone downhill in the last couple of years. Not sure if there was a change of ownership or management but this place is just different after reopening from pandemic.Obviously prices have risen over the years but it's gotten to the point where I'm seeing two price increases a year on items and they're just getting too high to justify. I would say in general food quality and portions have declined.Servers used to be fun, unique, personable, experienced and seemed like they were having a great time. They really created a great environment in the restaurant. There seems to be high turnover now, servers are very young and inexperienced, and a general air of unhappiness among staff.Service in general has declined, there is usually at least one error in our order every time we eat here.Unfortunately our last time (and it will be the last time) we ate here, our experience was so bad it was laughable. Server comes over, offers us coffee and juice, we accept and she leaves. She comes back a few minutes later, empty handed, asking if we were ready to order drinks. At this point we are ready to order food but she just leaves after taking our drink order for the second time. We eventually get to order food and it comes out with a couple errors (blueberries instead of chocolate pancakes, wrong eggs on one plate, toast on opposite plates). It's at this point we realize our server is high as a kite (at first we thought she'd been crying) red glassy eyes, confusion, the whole ordeal. Now, I understand having a good time but at least write down your orders haha. Anyways, she proceeded to argue with us about what we ordered, and actually said you changed your mind?" when we asked for replacements and implied that we would have to pay for those plates in addition. Not wanting anymore confrontation we just ate what we had been given. When the bill came out to our surprise it was full priced

The food was very good and the service excellent. A touch pricey, but that's too be expected nowadays. Loved the patio. Well worth a return visit.

Amazing food, and incredible service. Great place to come for Sunday brunch. We ordered the Pacific Eggs Benny, and the Chorizo Hash. We would recommend both for sure! Also, treat yourself, order mimosa, they are delicious here!
