Great parts department! I would give 5 stars to the parts deportment for sure; they are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to older model Subarus. One star was knocked off my rating as there was damage to my vehicle during some recall work, which I had to make the service department aware of after getting my car back. They acknowledged that they broke the interior part and made it right by replacing the broken interior part and providing a complimentary oil change. I just wasn't fond of the fact that I had to make the service department aware that they clearly broke an interior piece, when they should have been the ones to tell me. Plus it caused me to have to do an extra trip to and from the dealership to have that piece fixed.

First off, thank you to Christine in service! I woke up to a flat tire this morning. I contacted my dealer for assistance as we have the platinum package tire road hazard warranty. With the help of (shout out to Prima Mazda) Paul J., my sales professional, he put us in touch with Subaru in Guelph and especially Christine to help get my tire looked at and repaired. Two different teams at two different dealerships and two different car brands working together to help one customer! All that was required was just a plug in the tire. But what truly makes the experience outstanding is that we don’t own a Subaru! We actually own another Japanese vehicle, but because of the shared platinum warranty service, they were able to take care of me and get me back on the road. I want to especially thank Christine in Service for all her hard work and making me feel like a customer. I received such excellent service even though I do not drive a vehicle from their brand. So think about it. If they treat a customer who doesn’t drive their vehicle this well, I can only imagine how well they treat customers who actually drive a vehicle from the brand. That said if you’re interested in a Subaru, check out this great dealership. They truly are amazing.

Easily the best car shopping experience I've had. Kaleb was great in helping my partner and I select our first brand new vehicle after reviewing the various options with us. He walked us through the entire process, always willing to answer our questions without trying to pressure us into the sale. He kept us updated on the progress throughout the entire waiting period.After someone ran a stop sign and totalled our new car not even 3 months after purchase, Kaleb helped us with replacing it in a very short period of time. Initially we were only able to find a replacement in a different colour which we weren't overly happy about, but Kaleb and Metesh remembered our preference and were able to snag our preferred colour for us when it became available which was a welcome surprise!

We came to the Subaru dealership in Guelph from London last week to look at a 2022 Prius they had for sale. The dealership has a very comfortable open concept and its a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. We met Sean our salesman and really liked him and he made everything a very seamless and relaxing experience. We ended up happily buying the car and Subaru helped me get back to Guelph to pick it up with an Uber ride from London. We just want to say what a great experience it all was and thanks to Sean for a job well done!!!!!!
