I bought my first new road bike and I couldn't be happier. I really know very little about bikes as I've been riding a 40+ year old 12 speed that I've owned since I was a teen. The service from Joe was great and he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I've only had my new Giant Contend AR 3 for 4 days so I've been riding indoors on a bike trainer as I've never ridden with cycling shoes/cleats and I wanted to get comfortable with that first. I can't wait to ride out doors.I most definitely recommend this place for your cycling needs.

Years ago when we started biking we went to this location and received great service. This time we went to start our 4 year old on a new bike so we can all bike together and the service was fantastic. The selection was great and they had everything we needed to get started. They were also incredibly patient with all of our questions, did a full check on the bike we were buying and helped me out with some parts I was missing for my own bike. 10/10 recommend!

I honestly love this bike store. I went in to look for a casual cruiser for my partner and I never felt pressured. Everyone in the store was just extremely helpful. I also love this store because my partner had bought me a bike last year and it wasn’t right for me, so we took it back. They were great about the exchange and allowed me to switch bikes even though the one I ultimately chose was slightly less expensive. They also let me ride around the parking lot to test out different bikes. It’s such a good place. And Cairo the dog is adorable and friendly.

Their extensive product lineup includes top brands and a variety of styles to meet any rider's needs. I have been a customer for 20 years and have always been impressed with the excellent customer service provided by the technicians and staff. When I bought my first bicycle, a Trek 4300, I was treated with respect and received valuable advice. Now, after upgrading to the Giant Trans 29 2, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the level of service I received. Great selection, competitive prices, amazing staff, both on the floor and in the service department. No attitude. Everyone is genuinely happy to help. Owners work the store so the bar for customer service is set high. Just a really well run store. If you are looking for a local bike shop with all the above look no further. I'm a long time customer and recommend this store all the time.

Well I happened to be cycling in the area and thought to myself, wonder if I can go in and get some fenders for my bike. Bike stores everywhere are very busy, stock is low and lockdowns have fueled wait times. Last year was brutal for service everywhere. But I was able to walk in, was greeted by pleasant staff. I believe it was Joe that helped me pick out a set of fenders, and allowed me to put them on in the shop. Joe gave me a hand at putting it on and I couldn't be happier. How can I not rate that 5 stars. I also noticed the same courtesy given to every customer from every staff member. What more does anyone want? And I loved the dog. ❤️ Definitely will be back.UPDATE Definitely 5 stars for their service. I stopped in again today and inquired about getting an extension on my valve stem. It was shorter than the original and a bit of a pain to clamp onto for air. So my hats off to Connor who helped me out with this. 100% recommend Cycle Path. Worth the trip.

The staff are top excellent, as they are very helpful and listen to your inquiries. Eg: I recently bought a new road bike there, and the staff helped me select a bike which was the right fit for me by asking me my riding history, frequency, goals for the season, budget etc. Also during busy hours at the store they deal with customers in a friendly but efficient way. Great bike shop!

Took my 7 year old to buy a bike after successive 1 year stints with cheaper bikes that didn't last.Amazing selection of bikes here. Great help and kind people. They made my son feel great.

Customer service is key. Everybody was very helpful and knowledgeable. Joe took the time to explain all the parts of the bikes that I was looking for, and gave me time to make a decision. Thank you.

Joe and team are amazing. I was never pressured to buy now because the sky is falling. They asked questions and presented me with the right options for my riding style. There was never a push to buy the more expensive bike.
