While on vacation we had a mechanical issue with our vehicle and it could have really thrown a wrench into our week. Instead, my husband contacted and spoke with Bruce at Autopro. They were fast, efficient and beyond accommodating. Our vehicle was fixed and we were on our way within 24 hrs of that initial call. Thank-you!

I was sweeping through Penticton for the day when my vehicle announced a problem that required immediate attention. The team at AutoPro saved the day with friendly, quality service that left me wishing that I lived closer so, should I need more work done, I would have a reliable, trust-worthy place to go.

Everyone was friendly and was able to give me the all the expenses before going through with anything. I've felt and seen a difference in my truck so I recommend this place for any auto work.

Paid $1500 in July ‘21 to have my rear a/c lines replaced. Just left a napa in Toronto after dropping another $330+ to fix a leak in one of the lines replaced at the Penticton shop (original lasted 16 years with no problem). No warranty came through on either parts or labour. Dealer parts are not covered by warranty even if they buy and install and Napa doesn’t sell the part to begin with. Not sure if it would have been any better elsewhere but I would say don’t put too much stock in the warranty Napa offers.

Went in to have a slow leak fixed. Super friendly and very accommodating. Dropped my car off and an hour later it was done. They even showed me where the hole was and how they were going to patch. Even the price was great. If ever needed I would not hesitate to go back there again.

Stopped by AutoPro in a pinch and Earl was kind enough to take the time to check out our vehicle and make sure everything was alright. Did it with a smile. If you need an autoshop in Penticton AutoPro is the place to go. 10/10.

While vacationing in the area (from out of town)...My truck was making that same strange noise that my usual Shop couldn't locate over the past year. One headache you never want, is to have your vehicle break down while on holidays!Back at our campground, I researched for a trusted and competent garage that might be able to help me. All the good reviews pointed to AutoPro, so I gave them a call.Although I had no appointment, they managed to fit me in to their busy schedule. A short while later, I got the call telling me that the belt tensioner and idler pulleys were to blame for noise.They were able to repair my truck in time for us to check out the following day.I wish I could say that they will be my new go-to shop from now on, but since I don't live in the area, the best I can do is to give my endorsement.I hope I never need their help again, but if I do...I won't hesitate to patronize or recommend them to other travellers.

I had my truck towed to Autopro after starter died. I'm not from Penticton but chose this shop based on the excellent reviews and couldn't have been more pleased with the service and workmanship! These guys are pros! They knew I wanted to get home and worked hard to get a 6 hour job done in one day. Mike even came to pick me up where I was staying, so I could pick up my vehicle! Can't recommend these guys enough!

These people have been so good to me I trust them completely. I met them 5 years ago they helped me in a pinch and I won't trust my car with anyone else. Their mechanical knowledge and personal service makes them great.

They did an oil change and tire rotation and checkup. They are really good and reasonable. Five stars for sure
