Auto Spa Towing Ltd.

We have used Auto Spa extensively over the years and rely on them 100% as they are always very efficient and well versed on all aspects of their jobs. We have always found them to be 100% respectful. Our last time was with #12 Mike and he was amazing as he was just on his way home and made the stop to unlock a truck door. Kudos to Mike!

This was at a wedding reception and my girlfriend, locked her keys in her jeep, she had coverage through a third-party carrier for roadside assistance. Auto spa (BJ Berger) showed up immediately and was super friendly, professional and prompt! no messing around with the details of the third-party roadside assistance. They just quickly took down her card number, the Vin number, and we’re off into the sunset. I barely missed a speech. 10/10 recommend.

Big shoutout for Auto Spa Towing and my operator BJ! Flat tire with no jack (don't ask) out at Suffield. BJ had me on the road in 60 minutes from the time of my call on Canada Day no less. Saved my bacon!

BJ Berger was amazing. He was fast and efficient and took care of everything. The wait time for the tow truck was pretty reasonable.

My van locked while running with my dog in it, Nikki handled my call swiftly and professionally!! I was a little worried but everything was so fast, Mike came to the rescue and got my van unlocked within minutes!!!! They also take AMA!! Thank you guys so much for the prompt excellent service!!!!!

BJ arrived in less than 15 min after my call. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and opened our door very quickly. We truly appreciate the service and will call if needed in the future.

What a day! Our truck broke down on the way home from camping in Cypress Hills. Two trucks came to help. One hauled the truck, one towed the trailer. The guys were amazing and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make our lives just a little less stressful! We didn’t catch their names, but thank you to the three guys who came to our rescue!

Auto Spa was was available within an hour to help get us and our car back home. Our driver, BJ, was prompt, professional and courteous. Their customer handling is top notch, and appears to be a very well run company. Great work!

This company was timely and was out within about 20 minutes of being dispatched following my mom's call in, and the guy who assisted in the tire change was phenomenal. He was super friendly, super helpful, was able to take a look to make sure the rim was not damaged after I hit a piece of tire on highway #1 outside by Bowell that then popped my tire while passing a wide load vehicle. He was super quick with changing out the tire to a spare and the price point for the swap of the tire was very reasonable, and we were able to make it back to Strathmore for replacement of the tire. Id shout out directly here but can't recall his name, but I was very thankful for his help!

B J Berger is a real credit to your business as he is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and provides excellent service along with great customer service. He kept me informed every step of the way and showed up when he said he would and kept me in the loop the whole time. Very refreshing to deal with a professional who not only cares about his job but the customer as well. He delivered my truck to the garage in a timely manner and with no issues. I have had nothing but excellent service from your business all the way from the front office to the driver and am well pleased with the service performed and professionalism from top to bottom.Excellent service, good customer contact.
