Charged me double the price of my newer much more effective firm, and did the half the work as my current new firm. Yes they were helpful at times, but over priced, when at the end of the day I as a property owner ended up getting calls from students, parents, making payments, etc. and dealing with many issues.

Hamilton Property Management
We reached out to several Property Management companies to determine which one would be the best fit for us. We narrowed our choice down to two final companies and pulled the trigger on HPM. We are happy to say that we haven't regretted our choice at all. They are very responsive, our rents are up and our vacancies are down. HPM tracks our expenses and informs us in advance of any upcoming costs. We provided them with our monthly and yearly budget and they are consistently within this or under it. Overall we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a long-term property management relationship.

Hamilton Property Management
After managing my properties for several years and working full time, I began to reach out to property management companies. My final decision was based on experience, reporting, and professional presentation. I no longer deal with phone calls or following up on missed rent payments. All problems are handled and I receive final resolution reports. The vacancies are down, our rents have increased and all maintenance issues resolved within our agreed budget. I am very pleased with Hamilton Property Management.
