I can't yet speak to the quality of countertops. Maybe I will update the review if/when installation takes place. For the second week in a row, I received a call the morning of the scheduled install (after moving my appliances, disconnecting plumbing, etc) to tell me my scheduled deliver and install will not be taking place.Last week it was because the tops had not passed quality control. Similar to another reviewer on a different platform noted, why is this only being communicated to day of scheduled delivery, after I have made the necessary arrangements for the installation? This week it was because a driver called in sick and could not deliver the tops. A driver calling in sick is out of the company's control. Having a plan in place to maintain quality of service IS within the company's control, and they've neglected to take such measures. Sending out for delivery only once a week does nt help the matter.Based on the fact that install and purchase of the exact same product was roughly $1200 more expensive than another quote I had received after the fact (granted, much of this markup probably goes to the big box store I coordinated the purchase through), I would expect a little more attention given to their logistics.Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend using the Top Shop for countertop installations.EDIT: the countertops have now been installed. The Top Shop did, after some back and forth, temporarily install the damaged top so that I could have it installed for the sale of my house. The damage was minimal and took quite some time to find, so good on their quality control team for noticing that. I likely wouldn't have noticed myself until after weeks of use.Last week, they replaced that section with a new piece without any damage, and removed and disposed the damaged one. The quality of the final product is good. The seams are all flat at properly joined and the final product is everything you would hope for with it. The installer was very professional, personable, and respectful of our space. This was the case on each of his three visits.In the end, I am happy with the product, and the installation. The late notice on the cancelled delivery, and the price being significantly higher for the identical product installation elsewhere are the two main areas I would criticize.

**UPDATE: 6 months later than my original review and the ONLY thing that has been done was the installer came out and drew a template of my counters, supposedly for manufacturing. This was in JUNE shortly after my first review. NOTHING since then. Over a year that I have been dealing with Home Depot and Top Shop to get defective counters replaced.**I am at my wits end trying to get Home Depot and Top Shop to make good on our defective countertop that was installed in my kitchen in 2019. It has been ten months since it was inspected and we were promised resolution in the form of a new countertop. My husband and I have made countless telephone calls to the kitchen installation department and it's manager in the Markham North store. I am sure they have a file an inch thick on our problem. The buck has been passed from Home Depot to Top Shop, but no one has bothered to make good on the promises, or even contact us. My last resort is to publicly express my disappointment with this store. We have always used Home Depot for carpet, counters and other installations with satisfactory results. Unless this is solved, we won't use them again. I will amend my review when they make good on their promise to replace the counter.

Absolutely love my countertops. The entire experience was easy. Appreciate the advice and information from the guy that came to measure, the on-time delivery guy and the cleanliness and expertise of the installer. An overall Excellent experience.

We had Top Shop do a kitchen, laundry room, and then 2 bathrooms and could not have been more pleased with the ability to pick exactly what we wanted, have it fit perfectly, and get a fair price. When it came time to renovate a basement bathroom, they were very helpful and gave us a great price. We didn't even think about going elsewhere and found exactly what we wanted in the remnant section.Edit as of March 2021 to change rating: Visited for our daughter's kitchen and 2 bathroom vanities and left disappointed. No discount for this being our 5th purchase despite asking 2-3 times. A better discount was offered to the decorator who they barely knew. No deal on the remnant area any longer. For a 53 vanity with single bowl sink we were told about $1200 for remnant granite whereas London Granite was a flat $490 from their huge remnant selection including initial measure and installation. We won't go back to Top Shop."

Just had my countertop installed from the top shop. Installation was quick and easy and it looks amazing! I highly recommend anyone needing a counter top to visit The Top Shop!

Top Shop has done an amazing job at Installation of our countertops! From measure to Installation we are completely satisfied and would definitely recommend using them.Thanks for the amazing job!!

Purchased counter top from home depot they ordered from top shop counter top 3 times they make wrong size and blaming each other, they send someone name bruce and he was so rude don't have any sense how to talk with customers never buy kitchen counter top from home depot and the top shop now with in 3 weeks it start loosing glue its breaking down now horrible experience i wasted my 3 months back and forward i lost my money stay away bruce took all measurements i paid for measurements still they are saying i sign the paper so please don't sign any paper and on one side cornor they didn't put lamanate asking us to put glue and cut in shape very shame and very professionals see pictures

Top Shop put in our Quartz countertops and we were very pleased with their service both in office when calling as well as the staff who did our measure and install. Each one was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our counters turned out great and the seam is almost invisible. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Terrible company. The worst customer service and equally poor communication. If you can afford it, go elsewhere. They just wasted 3 weeks of my time giving me the run around.

I have been to every countertop shop in London Ontario looking for a granite countertop. This location had a large selection of granite countertops, cutting and install only took a week and a half from measurements. Installers were professional.I feel like I got my countertop for a good price.Quality and installation of the countertop is excellent, especially compared to the other shops. They also had very good and informed sales staff. Overall I’m a happy customer and would recommend to someone else.
