Great experience with Great Lakes Leveling. I had a lot of driveway and garage slabs that were uneven and flowing water towards my foundation. My concrete looks great now and no longer a tripping hazard or grading problem. They were easy to contact and explained their process throughout. Would highly recommend.

I had garage slabs that were uneven and allowed water settle next to the foundation. My concrete looks great now and no longer a tripping hazard or grading problem. I also had old caulking removed from the joints and replaced with an epoxy caulk. LJ did the leveling and did a terrific job. He also has a terrific can-do attitude, and I would highly recommend him for your project; unlike the guy that did the caulking of the joints. That guy was pandering, hinting that he could do a sidewalk joint also, but the stuff he used was expensive; having the joints done was already way too expensive. Turns out the caulking guy was a sub-contractor and he did a nice job. Contract the caulking job yourself and save some money. I highly recommend their concrete leveling service.

The Great Lakes Leveling team (Isaiah, Denise, Jake) was friendly and professional! They answered all of my questions, they were courteous and helpful, and they responded to me whenever I called or messaged them. They sent a crew to put in a new concrete patio (plus sidewalk) so that my kids could play basketball in the backyard. It turned out beautifully, high quality work, and the crew showed great effort and attention to detail. This is an outstanding small business, and we would definitely use them again!

Great Lakes Leveling called before they came, were on time, and Dean, Matt and another helper that I didn't remember his name, were very friendly, started as soon as they arrived, moved my steps, drilled holes in the walk, and inserted the foam until the walk was raised the 3 inches, to it's original height, filled the holes with cement, cleaned off the walk, put the steps back in place. A beautiful job, and left an hour after they arrived. I would be happy to have them repair my cement work any time. Sincerely, Ed Shaffer

They were quick to respond to my request for quote, and showed up when promised, both for the quote and the actual service. All the employees I interacted with were very professional & the job was completed on time & on budget.

Our driveway had quite a few spots that need to be taken care of. Company came out with a fair quote for quality work. They also came back to do some finishing touches and their customer service is great.

I contacted 3 companies in October and all were booked and I was told they would contact me in March. Great Lakes was the only company to follow up. Scheduled an estimate and Isaiah was out and walked me through the process. I was sent messages to keep me informed of the timing up to the day the crew arrived. Isaiah followed up with a phone call after the job was completed and came out to review the job. He personally fixed a spot I was not satisfied from the previous work.Thank you to the Great Lakes family and crew!

I hired Great Lakes Leveling to level my apron/driveway to eliminate all elevation differences (trip points). Jake, the salesman, said they could level it and caulk the joints for $1,937. Before the job was finished, they ended up with over an 1 level difference between the main driveway and the apron because the two adjacent slabs formed a "tent peak" in the middle during the leveling. I was told they couldn't match the driveway to the apron by leveling it so they used a grinder and ground the concrete slabs to match the driveway and charged me almost $200 extra. My driveway is not level and there is a "swell" in the middle of it. The caulk job was hurried and sloppy. All of the caulked joints have dirt

Great company to work with. Very professional and timely. Very reasonable price wise. We needed a portion of our drive leveled as well as part of the walk way from the drive to our front door. They were able to level the drive and part of the walk way, but recommended that we replace some of the walkway near our porch that had sunk too much as it was not clear the leveling would take and the money was better spent on replacement there. They completed that work as well. Very competent, hard working and a great result. Highly recommend!
