Some food was over cooked, some was raw. Couldn't eat most of it. Used to be great place, but last three times we ordered the quality I'd way down.

Tried ordering takeaway but the phone had a busy signal for about 30 minutes straight. Maybe they were just too busy with dine in customers. Would be nice if they had an online ordering option. Food was as expected from Canadian Chinese, portions were very large and price was reasonable.

I called on Dec. 28th to inquire about operational hours for New Year's Eve. I was not rude or disrespectful on my call, however the staff person that answered the phone responded as if I was intruding on her day.When I asked her if there were different closing hours on New Years Eve (as indicated online) she responded I hope not" we will close as usual at 8 PM. When I asked about a reservation for earlier in the evening. She quickly advised the dinning room was closed for seating at 2:30.I will find another restaurant for New Years!Sorry Lotus Garden

The food was delicious and it was a generous serving but the prices on their website are wrong. I ordered a combination C plate. The website says $12.50 but I was charged $15.50 when I arrived. I mentioned it, the waitress apologized and said she didn't know how to update the website. It's something to consider if the price places a part in what you order.I felt like I did get my money's worth because the serving was generous but I just wanted to inform others.

Have gotten take out many times. Went to try an eat in this evening and the waitress seemed fed up and too busy. Even though there was 3 of them and only a few tables occupied. So made it easy and found somewhere else to eat. Recommend only going here for takeout.
