We just recently listed and successfully soldOur house after the first showing for asking price. This was clearly due to the incredible efforts of Rasheed Abdul Jabbar and his dedicated professionalism. From the moment we spoke on the phone to his countless trips to the property, I was being informed and guided through this listing by his incredible efforts. I would highly recommend Rachid and the team with Power Marketing to be trusted and counted on to list any property.

A great team of professionals managed by Hamid. They never stop their support years after purchase. They have made every sale/purchase transaction so much easier for me . Hamid values loyalty but does not force it by contracts.

I worked with one of their agents to buy our house and it was one of my worst experiences as a buyer. Specially after signing the offer I found them as mostly seller agent! Never fought for me. Never negotiated a peny for me. Never felt supported. A day after getting the keys we found the furnace was not working and just after got angery at them they sent us a technican to fix it( note that the agent was not able to claim it against the previous owner). Last but not least, they rarely brought valuable info about the visiting houses to us. I had more updated info about market and websites like housesigma. All in all, although the agent was almost honest to us, they were totally unprofessional and all the above issues are the direct result of that.

Mr Kabir gave an outstanding service. He was there all through the process. He gave me advices which really helped to get the right people for the property. I will highly recommend him to friends/family

I didn't like Hamid's work. His attitude towards customers shows that both the seller and the buyer lose with him. The seller loses by being disrespectful of needs and ignoring requests from other realtors for the properties Hamid is selling. As a result, the seller loses the value of the object and was forced to sell at a lower price.

Ali Novin is hands down the most amazing realtor! If you plan to sell or buy you definitely should see Ali. He helped me sell 2 homes all over asking price and helped with a purchase of our dream home, saving us thousands of dollars.

I was so unpleased with agent Shima Pourhamid AKAShima Zapaticky .We were trying to purchase a property.1-There 3 cases that we lost the offers/purchases because of her unprofesionalism.2-She were not always accesible and barely quickly responding .3-She doesn't have negotiation skills. We end up purchasing over price because lack of her skills.4-She didn't explain our rights as some one who doesn't have enough information and a first time buyer. i.e. we have walk throughs before closing.5-She didn't negotiate any of the home extra appliances, furnitures or stuff as other agents would do. We asked her and she refused to do many times.6- Her knowledge of the market, apps like housesigma, realtor, trend of the market and analysis of the market was so limited that hurt us at the end.7- The day that we closed the property, she didn't fallow up for unfunctional home facilities and appliances like washing machin or furnace that were broken in a proper way.8- I tried couple times to give her constructive feedbacks and share my frustration with her, but she never listen . She unlogically just talks. She never listens to you as a customer. She doesn't have the oppeness for feedbacks and not trying to improve.Overall I'm not satisfied with my purchase and not happy with this realstate and specifically this agent service at all.Never recommend any of them to anyone.

Mr Riahi in one word: trustworthy. When you receive offers for a high end property, you need advice from someone knowledgeable about the market but most importantly, trustworthy. Mr Riahi gave us great advice and helped us to sell our home for its value. He acted as if it was his house. I would recommend Mr Riahi to anyone.

I have had the services of real estate agents in the past and have never had such a positive experience.Expectations and goals were set at the beginning, were realistic and explained thoroughly. Both agents worked as a team and helped me sell my home as quickly and smoothly as possible. Five stars are not enough for this fantastic team! I highly recommend them.

I was refused a visit to 38 Tripp Crescent in Barrhaven on Sunday afternoon by Hamir because my agent wasn't going to be with me. He told me he or she should know the rules...I am a serious buyer and do not PLAY games.I do not drag my real estate agent with me when visiting a house for the first time( only on the second visit) as the house may not be what I am looking for.I am very disapointed in the unprofessional conduct displayed by this broker and will relay this information to the Better Business Bureau -Eileen Bee
