Rose & Raven Boutique Salon

I came to West Kelowna for work and stumbled upon Rose and Raven online. My hair has gone through a ton of bleaching and colouring the past year and was in a terribly orange and patchy state. I went to Ainsley for a colour correction and she worked wonders on it. She talked me through the process and was up front about the cost before starting to make sure it was within my budget. My hair looks and feels so much healthier than it has in a very long time. Cannot recommend Ainsley enough!

I went in for a pretty drastic change and have always struggled to find a stylist who knows what do with thick, wavy hair. Dylan did such a fabulous job with my hair! He was very patient and attentive and really listened to my concerns and was so meticulous with his cut. I love how my hair looks and feels and it's such a cute cut and style! It was time for me to find a new place to trust my hair with, and the Rose & Raven is my new home! Online booking was seamless. Dylan was not only understanding of me being 2 minutes late (rush hour on the 97), but also just sat down with me for 5 minutes to just chat, and listen intently to what I was looking for in my next style.Dylan pays so much attention to details, while also exchanging stories. I really enjoyed talking with him, and learning more about his interesting past experiences as a hairstylist!There was so much space in their salon for social distancing with the only other customer / stylist, and the space has a very relaxing vibe. It's a short drive from downtown for me, but the views are worth it, on top of feeling great at the end of it - I'll definitely be back for my next one!

Ainsley is honestly the absolute BEST!! She gave me the best colour I have ever had in my life and anytime I see her I leave happier then I thought I could be!! She is so incredibly talented and does an absolutely amazing job!

Rose and raven is a hidden gem in West Kelowna. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, but also familiar and cozy, if feels like you’ve been there before! Desiree is my regular hairdresser, but Dylan is also phenomenal. The two work together so effortlessly to create an inclusive and stress free environment. Also- they have the BEST coffee. Highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. You are in good hands!

It used to be that getting my haircut was a chore I'd put off as long as feasible. Then I met Dylan. He transformed my experience. He's an amazing person with genius level talent in his chosen profession. When I know Dylan is doing my haircut, I look forward to it, because I know I will look fantastic! He's a hair guru!
