Wow, absolutely wonderful! I was at Regina hospital with my doggie in the car and my partner in emergency,,, at 26 below. I was frantic! Going from car to emergency , not a good scenario,,, I phoned Furball,,, and told them my situation, they came to the hospital and picked up my puppy!!!! The diagnosis was harsh and uncertainty was the case,,, would my husband be in here for a day or??? Well , the girls showed such compassion, no worries! I left my doggie for 17 days, and attended to treatments with my husband. My doggie was 4 months old and needed a vet visit for rabie shot,,, no worries, done! I really appreciated all their kindness and love for doggies 5 star all the way!

Very helpful. My little puppy is shy meeting people but was really happy after seeing her. Would definitely recommend
