Brookswood Liquor Store

I can't even give this store any stars but I can't post without. I bought a bottle of sparkling wine yesterday afternoon to celebrate my sister exchanging on her new house (can't afford champagne) and we couldn't get the cork out despite all trying. So I took it back today hoping to exchange it so we could celebrate tomorrow night (collecting the keys) to be told there was nothing they could do without the receipt and the label was torn at the top (well, yes, we had been trying to it). When I said that the lady who served me yesterday had asked if I wanted the receipt and I said no because I really didn't think I would have a problem - well, who would. I asked today if they could look up their records or I could bring in a printout of my debit account and was told no but they could try and open it in the store - I said that having an open bottle of wine in the car is illegal. Very frustrated (and more than a little angry by now) I said to the customer behind me that the store was not very accommodating at which point the staff member refused to speak to me again. I try to support local stores but I will not be using this store again.

Scammers don’t pay here with international credit cards they charge me then say did work charge me again and the same then I told the lady that it went thru she ask me to leave that the money will go back in a couple days went back a week later because that never happened to ask for a refund they told me that that happens with their system all the time and there is nothing they can do that I should solved with my bank

I love this liquor store! Each time I come in I'm met with great service and the staff answer all my questions about new products. The past few times I've been in, I've been served by Caitlyn and she has always been kind and welcoming to me and always has a smile on her face when she greets me at the front. She has always answered my questions to the best of her abilities and recommends new products to me when they arrive.I will continue coming here as the staff make me feel welcome and are always showing me great new drinks to try.

By far the best liquor store I have ever been to in my life. The sheer amount of selection combined with the optimized customer service is enough to stop me from visiting any other liquor store ever again. Last time I was heading to Kelowna I realized halfway through the drive that I forgot to pick up any alcohol before I left Langley and I drove all the way back to Brookswood because I knew they were the only one’s who could meet my liquor needs! Seriously, I swear they only hire psychics here, any time I have a question or am looking for any particular item I turn around and there’s an employee ready to solve all of my problems. I love you brookswood liquor store!

Carries all the local micro breweries. Selection is pretty good.I will say they need a rewards program like other stores..

Typical beer store, staff has never irked me. Owners are awesome people. Check it out if you're friendly, if not stay home and be miserable ordering SKIPTHEDISHES.

friendly knowledgeable staff and easy to find what you are looking for , they have all the usual products as well as some really nice bottles to choose from .I've been trying new burbons lately, and Brittany always knows the best things to suggest .
