Working with the Tamlin team has been a great experience. Mike and Mayumi have been attentive, and transparent through the entire process. Mayumi skills and knowledge in the profession allowed for so much efficiency when we were personalizing our floor plan. She was very clear and concise with her communication, and gave us great feedback on what we were looking for. If we ever get a chance to work with Tamlin again – we will!

Wow... so impressive! I saw a photo of a home renovated on Pinterest and tracked down the company... Tamlin International Homes, Ltd. I thought it would be a long shot to reach out to them to ask for the paint color and stain they used .... why would they want to help me if I wasn't planning to use their services. Well... guess what?! They reached out immediately with all of the information I needed and a detailed explanation. Did they have to do that? Were they going to get anything out of helping me? No and no.... but I was so impressed with their kindness and prompt reply that I wanted to write a review. If they are this responsive to a someone they know they will never do business with (we are in different states), can you imagine the service you would get if you WERE a potential customer??!!!! I sell real estate in Wisconsin and wish Tamlin was local so I could send them business.... thanks again Tamlin!

Tamlin Homes did a remodel and 3000 square foot addition, completely transforming our family home. The original building was a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a barn style roof.The first phase was to remodel the outside of the building to add timber frame elements so it would match the addition. This was achieved by replacing the stucco with cedar siding, adding gorgeous fir timbers provided by Tamlin, and re-roofing.The second phase was the addition designed by Tamlin Homes, based on a photo of what we wanted it to look like. They built the addition from the ground up, blending it seamlessly with the existing home. We, as a multi-generational family, marvel every day at our good fortune at having such a beautiful home to live in. We highly recommend Tamlin Homes for all aspects of your timber frame construction project.
