Found this place online and thought I should check it out. Well let me say I’m very glad I went in. Mary was there and honestly gave me way more information then expected. It was great. Super informative, great products and clean store front. Mary had no problem showing me all the products and informing me about them and giving tips and pointers. Such a chill environment going in. I could have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be shopping here more often. Any questions I had she answered with ease and a smile. You want great customer service go see Mary and the great products they carry!

I came here and the lady was amazing!It was very obvious that I was new to buying tattooing supplies as I’m just learning on fake skin.She shared her knowledge about different needles and inks and the supplies that are needed as well as sanitation. The prices were great at her service was such a positive experience. I absolutely recommend going here!

Today I visited this location for the very first time. Let me start by saying, I was blown away. The store is so organized, clean, amazing selection of allKind of tattoo equipment, Ink, all the products anyone would ever need and then some. Now let me step away from the awesome selection of gear and change over to the exceptional woman who helped us. When I asked her name, she found it easier to get a business card as it was a Cuban name. This woman was the most helpful, polite, and generally cared about our wants and needs, I strongly recommend everyone come check this place out.. seriously. Now side note met the gentleman who runs his tattoo studio up stairs. Amazing human being from Cuba as well..everyone just do yourself a favour and Check everything about this place out.

(*Updated review) I had a frustration with the order system and left the review about it, I was contacted by the supplier within just few hours, I didn’t even need to explain about situation again like I’d do with the other shops in this kind of situation as they had it fully noted down when contacting me. I heard the sincerely throughout explanation about the matter, which I appreciated, valued and was impressed about. Thank you for the reaction you took and I apologize for not being specific, which created room for misinformation.

The owners of the Canada Tattoo Supply are amazing people! I was just in there and the information that he holds and shares to help others is astonishing. Both we're very helpful, answered all my questions without hesitation. I will definitely be back after trying out my new products and finishing a tattoo with the tips he gave me. **UPDATE: Owner did reach out to me after 5 days and was super apologetic about the mistake, offered to send me the product I originally ordered and some samples. I appreciate them responding and offering to help resolve the issue.**Extremely disappointed with the service. I paid shipping and ordered a couple of products online from their website, upon arrival of my package I realized I had been given the wrong product for one of the items I ordered. I sent an email to let them know of the issue (including attaching receipts and photos of my package with the unopened product). Been 5 days and no response from them. Called several tries and no one has answered the phone.Very unprofessional and unreliable, especially as sending me the wrong product was a mistake on their part. Even if it was a honest mistake, you would hope a company held some accountability and at least tried to reach out to find some way to fix the issue. I paid for a specific product and got something sent to me that I didn't ask for. Now I have to go elsewhere to find what I originally wanted and lost my money.Sending this as a warning for others about my experience with them. There are so many other tattoo supply retailers around that carry the exact same brands and items. Save your money and go somewhere else with better customer service, professionalism and less of a headache to deal with.

I visited the supply store as i am openning a new shop. The staff and owner were very helpfull with all that i needed, and it was a lot all together. Very pleased with the service! Highly recomend, will use again for sure!

Made an order Oct. 6, and paid for shipping. Was sent tracking number, but did not receive order. Contacted by email as no one returned my phone calls, received a new tracking order and again did not receive order. Once again contacted them via email stating I was going to leave bad reviews. I then was told that they did not want to sell to me, as I had threatened them and that their customer rating was stellar. (If the customer service was so stellar why did they not return phone calls with messages left or contact me stating there was problems with shipping).So I asked for a refund. As of Oct.24, no product and no refund on my cc, They have sent me an email with photo of refund through square stating that I was refunded and that they were going through a transition.I have had to contact the fraud department of my cc to start an investigation.Be very careful using this company as I got scammed for almost $600.
