It is hard to put in words how unprofessional and rude this firm is. Ever since I've been dealing with her, it has been nothing but issues. When she makes an accounting error, she not only does not accept the blame but makes you pay for the mistake with your own money. Direct quotes from emails from her:Not to mention this is the last day of tax season so this is the lowest priority. These are also your errors
