I am glad to build our house with Habib homes! They met out needs to build custom house for us and provide enough time to listen our ideas. Their customer friendly service and being attentive in detail makes them different. We will definitely recommend Habib homes and gladly refer to all my friends.

I highly recommend Habib homes simply because of professional approach, and time took to listen to your views if you wish to have custom homes. I feel like purchasing another one with Habib homes as i seen quality development of house with design and craftsmanship behind it! Timely response even after closing is very impressive! I had been searching Windsor-Essex real estate for new builds for three months before landing on the perfect house, a Habib home. Compared to other builders we had showings with, Habib’s style, design and craftsmanship were the best. We further worked with Steve Habib and his team to finish the basement prior to our move-in. Steve was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had a couple of minor issues come up once we moved in, which were met with a friendly response and rectified in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Habib Homes to anyone looking for their dream home.

My wife and I bought our home in South Windsor from HD Development Group, and overall we're quite happy with quality of products installed as well as quality of workmanship.We anticipated few minor issues as with all new homes they are relatively common, important piece for us has been that the service department of builder has been responsive and making sure things do get addressed within a reasonable timeline so we have no complaints. We do recommend them!

Please stay away from this builder. he increased 30000 dollars on promised purchase on Trinity condo project and he is charging 3500 occupancy fee . he is not even closing but still charging people occupancy fee . he is crook and he steals money . he does not have any morals or ethics. pure crook.

Had some issues with water leaking from basement soon after we bought the home in 2020. They tried several times to fix it and figure out why it is leaking, various attempts to fix the issue with various different solutions implemented. But appreciate the persistence and helping the customer to find a solution for such a major issue…Still ongoing, pending resolution…will update accordingly

We recently built a new home with Habib. They did really good job with the house. As this is our first time building new construction house but went very smooth. Also Krutikaa helped us a lot in terms of selecting the things and also sharing her ideas. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also at the time of house inspection Philip went in very detail explaining the things around the house. Thank you guys!!!

Subpar workmanship. Everything is chipped, crooked, or uneven. Uses the cheapest materials possible but charges for premium. Finishing work looks like a toddler did it. All of my outlets spark when plugged into or don’t work. All of my walls are noticeably uneven. Good luck hanging a lighted mirror….. it won’t sit flat against the wall. When called for electrical issue, I was yelled at by some clown that works there. Owners son maybe. Run, don’t walk AWAY from this builder. It’s that bad.
