Mark was calm and professional throughout the process and kept logic over emotions in the negotiations. Mark Gidden helped me buy my first home over 10 years ago.He has the perfect strategy to sell my house and we just sold it for way more then asking price, more then double what I thought was best case scenario.Then he helped me buy a new place in this crazy market.He made the transition from selling my home to buying the new so easy. After selling my old home while downsizing for retirement, I had just five weeks to move out. The day after the sale, Mark took me to visit several potential properties. I have worked with many real estate brokers but Mark has gone way beyond what I would consider normal to help his clients. We had a fairly unique situation through COVID 19 and I was not able to personally inspect or be present for the home purchase transaction. Moreover, the home required many repairs and alterations prior to being move-in ready. Mark Gidden took care of every need we could imagine including all normal real estate transaction functions, recommending and contracting with qualified trades to complete the work as well as scheduling the various tradesmen to complete the work. He is very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares for his clients. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mark to anyone who wants a great experience buying or selling a home.

We have worked with Mark Gidden a few times in the past years when purchasing and selling homes and have been pleased every time. At one point we purchased an empty lot, and Mark assisted us with excellent recommendations on a home designer and contractors to work with to build a unique and beautiful home. Our most recent engagement with Mark was to assist in the purchase of a home for my parents. With the current Covid situation, everything is different this year, but once again Mark was fantastic to work with and made sure my parents found just the right place.
