Thanks for making my Grande Flat White while I was in Winnipeg for work last week!! Best Starbucks service in all of Canada from my travels. I go out of my way to come to this location for the positive experience! Keep the atmosphere rolling, singing, and coffee art flowing! Steve from Calgary

Always get my order perfect. I usually do mobile pickup but also have done in store orders. Just wish they had a drive thru. But, staff are always super friendly, quick, and accurate. When they've been out of stock for a particular product they've always been able to help me find a new option to try and always said if I didn't like it, they'd make something else for me free of charge. Can't beat service like that! It's not the closest Starbucks for me, but it's the only one I'll go to.

Food was very good, hot and ready while I used the mobile App to pre-order.Service was excellent as I pre-ordered and it was ready on time.A couple of the seats didn't look clean, but overall looks like a comfortable coffee shop. Washrooms could use some decorating.

Neil provided excellent and friendly service. I went to get my usual drink and he mentioned that to upsize was only .22 more. If I had known that all along I would have always gotten a bigger size. On top of that the barista at the time made my drink excellent. Sometimes they can taste different depending on who is making them but the girl working on September 23rd around 5pm nailed it. I’m glad this is my local Starbucks.

Accidentally placed an order at this location via the Starbucks app and could not cancel it. It was a redeemed reward therefore, it cannot be undone. I called them to ask if there was a possibility of me getting the order at a different time than what was initially on the order and they instantly said it would be fine! Thank you for your great customer service

Ordered a drink on the Starbucks app adding caramel drizzle and cold brew whipped cream (coffee based whipped cream). Clearly printed on thr label. And the drink cost over 7 bucks because of the additions. Picked up the drink, nothing was added that I could see yet it was clearly on the label printed.Didn't actually get it replaced because they were busy but honestly, if there's a problem or you don't have the ingredients, DON'T MAKE THE DRINK WRONG AND PAWN IT OFF AS THOUGH IT'S OKAY. Talk to the person when they get there and see if there's a compromise that can be made since I already paid. *sigh*Attached is a picture of the drink (clearly no caramel drizzle and its plain whipped cream).And if the store doesn't have the ingredients at all, don't make it a generic option available for all stores so we don't waste our time and money.
