I called to ask about an over the phone quote and whoever answered was the most condescending, degrading person I have ever encountered over the phone. I have heard nothing but good things about Dynamic but I will never be using them. I cannot understand how a business or owner would let someone like that answer calls.

He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what he was talking about. He was honest about the wait times across Prince George and managed to get me in for a look early next week.

Brad and the Team are true and honest mechanics. You can tell they care about their customers as much as their cars. They always take the time to explain what they found and fixed.Made a fantastic effort to fit me in quickly after an unexpected breakdown. Even followed up a few days after after to make sure everything is running smooth (which it certainly was).

Great technicians but they're messy. Spilled brake fluid all over my battery and down the painted fender panel of my vehicle. Don't do brakes in mating pairs ie rotors and pads at the same time.Otherwise the work is well done, front man/foreman is great to chat with, they know their stuff and won't do things you don't ask to have done (both a blessing and a curse when you go back for a look and quick inspection and notice a huge safety issue wasn't jotted down or mentioned).
