The quality of work is good, customer service leaves lots to be desired. I am building a welding deck they sheared and broke all my material it was going really well I got to the point where I needed to get boxes built and mounted. I had been talking to the salesman there through out my build saying I was going to be needing boxes built so when it came time I took my truck into have the boxes quoted and built. I dropped the truck off on a Monday morning and was told that the quote would be done that day or the next at latest. I waited for the quote but nothing came. I emailed them on Wednesday and was sent the quote all was well the price was good so I agreed to proceed with the job. I was told the work order had been processed and issued to the shop. I could not print off a form for acknowledgment so I emailed back saying start the wok I'll drop off the cheque on Friday as soon as I get back to town. I called Friday morning to see how they'd been making out with the project only to find out they hadn't started any part of the project not even the drafting. They had five days to start and nothing had been done. I am so disappointed I chose them over another shop out of red deer it has set me back five days and has wasted much of my time.

I get allot of work done by these guys. Price is right.
